Teriyaki Maki — Restaurant in Sacramento

We went to this place at 8:10 pm tonight. Their website said that they close at 8:30 pm but I still asked the girl if we could still dine in and she said yes. Then I saw them putting all our food in a plastic bag. I then asked why they’re putting my order in a plastic take out bag and the girl said that they are closing soon. The food was cold and it was nasty. It was too late to go back to return the food. We ordered 4 different kinds of sushi’s and 2 orders of chicken teriyaki. The chicken was uncooked. They were so in a hurry to close that they did not even bother to cook the chicken well. We originally went there to try their ramen, but we were told that the ramen they serve is instant ramen. The ones you get at a store. I spent $70 + plus I added 15% tip as I thought we were going to dine in and all I got was a bad service and bad food.They also did not give me my receipt. Will never go back...

My first time there and the chicken was tough and just didn’t taste right , actually it tasted like left over chicken I know because I cook a lot and attend several teriyaki restaurants and this was not fresh chicken, and on my way home towards Elk Grove my stomach was just rumbling and my head start hurting as I got home I start feeling very sick and just laid down my head is still kinda hurting and my stomach is just terrible, I’ve never felt this way until I ate there food I’m waiting for the advice nurse or doctor to call me back to see if I need to come in , because I’m told it sounds like either food poisoning or unsanitary!!! Usually order to go and like their grilled chicken teriyaki plate with shrimp and veggie tempura, gyoza, and salad. Big pieces of veggie tempura. Enough to share. Will probably stick to this one for any future orders.

Unfortunately, the noodle dishes I tried on different occasions were very lacking. Potsticker Ramen (dine-in), while the potstickers were okay, the soup and noodle tasted like any other instant/dry packed ramen. Also didnt care for their chicken noodle plate (to go), tasted okay but will never...
