⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Panera Bread – Above & Beyond!

Just had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Panera Bread—and it’s all thanks to Chris behind the counter. From the moment I walked in, he was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made me feel welcome. You could tell he took pride in his work, and it showed in every detail.

I ordered the chicken avocado sandwich, and let me tell you—absolute perfection. The flavors were fresh, balanced, and packed with that warm, satisfying comfort you hope for in every bite. Paired that with a giant cinnamon roll (because why not?), and it was honestly the best I’ve ever had—gooey, soft, just the right sweetness. I grabbed some chips and a large drink to round it out, and everything hit the spot.

Chris didn’t just serve food—he elevated the entire experience. It's rare to find someone who makes fast-casual dining feel this personal and polished. Panera, give this man a raise. If every visit was like this, I’d never eat...

I am from Reno, NV and I was traveling for a business trip in Sacramento. I was staying at the Holiday Inn on Advantage way and was looking for a bite to eat. I went to the Del Peso Sourdough & Co. suit #100, and ordered an 8" #10. (This was my first experience at the Sourdough and Co.) The staff was very nice and promptly made my sandwich. I took my sandwich to my room and when I tried to eat, the bread was solid hard and flat. It was really hard to bite the bread. I was really hungry and tired so I went to the hotel market and got some frozen burrito and had to eat it to satisfy my hunger. WORST SANDWICH I HAVE EVER HAD!!! We own 2 Port of Subs sandwich shops in Reno, NV and know a bit about good bread and good sandwich. WORST EXPERIENCE, AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THE SOURDOUGH...

I really wish I could give a thousand stars for the service! I pre-ordered a sandwich for pickup, I sat out in front of the restaurant and waited for a good while. Decided to go inside to see what the hold-up was, seems I ordered from the wrong location! Omg! Canceled my order and lost that money because they were already prepping. The guys in the location where I actually waited were sooooo kind and understanding, they actually made my sandwich for free of charge!!
