I recently had the pleasure of dining at Panera Bread in Natomas, CA, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This charming establishment not only offers a convenient location near the I5 freeway exit but also provides a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for a delightful meal.
During my visit, I opted for the roasted turkey sandwich paired with a steaming bowl of tomato soup—a combination that left my taste buds singing with joy! The sandwich was a perfect blend of tender roasted turkey, fresh and flavorful ingredients, and their signature bread. Each bite was a delicious harmony of textures and tastes, and it left me craving more. The tomato soup was the ideal accompaniment, with its rich and comforting flavors that perfectly complemented the sandwich.
To quench my thirst, I indulged in their refreshing lemonade with agave. This tangy and sweet concoction was the epitome of a perfect thirst quencher. The hint of agave added a delightful twist to the traditional lemonade, making it an absolute treat for my taste buds. It was the ideal drink to complement my meal and added a burst of refreshing flavors.
One of the standout aspects of my visit was the exceptional service provided by the friendly and helpful employees. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and prompt assistance. The staff members went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of outstanding. Their knowledge of the menu, willingness to accommodate special requests, and genuine care for customer satisfaction truly made a difference.
In addition to the outstanding food and service, I found the prices at Panera Bread to be very reasonable. The quality of the ingredients, portion sizes, and overall value for money exceeded my expectations. What's more, their rewards program is a fantastic way to enjoy additional perks and savings with each visit.

Read moreJust a note about the new setup in the front area. I was walking by this location and impulsively decided to buy a chocolate chip cookie. Why not? Went in and hovered near the ordering area for 2-3 minutes but no one made eye contact or greeted me (another customer came in behind me and quickly picked up a to-go order).
Eventually I looked down and saw the self-order kiosks - ok, my mistake. I start typing in my rewards number and navigating the menu. As I do this, another gentleman walks in, is greeted, and happens to order a cookie as well - but they ring him up the old way. They hand him his cookie and he goes on his way. Where am I? I wrapped up my kiosk order and the screen told me to wait. So I did for 3-4 minutes, until someone from the back asked the front person for a cookie. I tried to be polite and say “uh, that should be for me”, but I was told she had to carry it to the back. So I went to the back counter where other staff were multitasking their way through lunch orders. Eventually one looked up and said “Are you waiting for an order?” I explained that it was just the cookie, and voila, I had my cookie.
So all told, about 10 minutes to buy a cookie that was sitting at the front counter. Took the fun out of my impulse cookie as I grumbled out the front door. I know it’s a small thing to be inconvenienced by a few minutes, but why would you use technology as a reason to ignore someone right in front of you?
The best part? I opened up my bag when I got home and they gave me the wrong cookie. It’s some sort of toffee thing. If they had helped me at the front, I might have caught the mistake. 2 stars and I’ll pass on my next...
Read moreAbout a month ago, I had went to a different Panera location and unfortunately, my food was not made to my standards… I called the Panera Del Paso Road location and expressed to them that they had prepared my food to my satisfaction before and I inquired if they would be able to remake my food Versus having the other location remake it… Not only did they remake my food, but they took the opportunity to get to know me as a person, and not just a customer… The general store manager April, the assistant manager, Chris, and customer service employees Jaysaiya and Michelle have continuously made my customer experience very pleasant… As the store manager, April really took the time to hear out my concern, not only over the telephone, but also in person and while getting to know April, I learned that we have a few personal things in common… This is a location. I will continue to go to for my favorite, you pick two combo of a sourdough bowl broccoli cheddar soup/smokehouse barbecue chicken sandwich… I hope and pray that April and Chris continue to do the wonderful work that they are doing not only for their employees, but also for the customers as well. With April‘s leadership and guidance the employees at this location will continue to thrive in their roles and provide continued best...
