The parking sucks and it is in an odd location where you can’t walk in. It is somewhat expensive however, the ladies are extremely nice and the quality is excellent and the cookies are huge and they are very sanitary and they wear hairnets. Ordering is kind of weird because you have to scan the QR code on the outside of the building and they are not instantly ready like Crumbl is and other places so it is kind of weird where you park in a very weird alley like parking lot and then you have to wait outside and wait a long time. It’s not just some store you can walk into but all in all it is worth the wait and the hassle of the driving in a squishy parking lot with only room for one car at a time for pick up. My friends all really like it so we will keep ordering. Also not everything is available on DoorDash like on DoorDash. It shows that everything is available, but then they call you to confirm which is good and then usually whatever you order sometimes is not available. So that’s the only area where they could improve, but otherwise the quality service gives...

We had an order from Too Good To Go on Christmas eve. It's a great way to try a business and we've found businesses we regularly go to as a result. Unfortunately this wasn't a good experience with Half Baked and I'm not sure we will be going back in any form as a result. We drove almost 30 minutes across town and arrived during the designated pick up time. Rang the door bell. A woman came out and told us she would be just a minute. Several minutes later we received a notification that our order had been cancelled. After waiting several more minutes we realized the woman was not returning to apologize for any inconveniences or something like that. So we drove back across town to go home empty handed. I have now tried 4 different types of Half Baked cookies, and all were delicious! Peanut butter was very flavorful. It was thick, big and warm. Macadamia cookies were amazing! Every bite was filled with nuts and white chocolate. The S’mores cookie was a hit amongst my children. They like them all but said the s’mores was their favorite. And last was the chocolate with peanut butter. Delicious, and gave me the flavor of Reese’s pieces cup.
