Where to even begin with this studio and the crew that comes with it!! They are the BEST! I travel for my job and have to move about every 4 months, so I’ve been to a lot of gyms in general and quite a few F45s. This is the only one that has been so on point with encouragement, pushing you to work harder, helping with your nutrition and meeting any goal you come in with. I’ve never been able to change my body in such a short window of time as much as I did with this group of coaches! The owner , Hunter, is fantastic and treats his crew with so much respect! Not to mention he coaches, works out with us and consistently shows face. The general manager, Mark, is full of energy and is constantly in the studio whether he’s coaching or working out with you… he’s always available and present! Ausaru, the head coach is killer! He is always watching, correcting form and helping get the best results from each workout. All of these coaches are so present, and make safety a priority by! Ikea and Elizabeth were also high energy and wonderful coaches. I’m grateful I was able to spend time working out with them and the entire community of awesome members they have built! Read moreI finally found my happy place! A friend of mine (from OC) had suggested I try out F45. So glad I did. Went to the 2 week trial, I love it so much I signed up for the unlimited and I’ve been going everyday since with rest days of course. This speaks volumes because I was very inconsistent with going to the regular gym where I’d take spin and yoga. When I was walking up to the studio one day and I saw Hunter, trainer/owner of F45 Midtown waving hi from inside. The small gestures of kindness that makes me feel welcome from these human beings is definitely helping with my mental health specially I was scared, nervous and felt unsure before joining. Thank you Hunter (Owner/trainer), Mark (manager/trainer) and the trainers for making me feel welcome and comfortable. I love that I can show up and get a killer workout without having to think of what I need to do. The workouts are explained clearly and demonstrated so you know what to do, they also show modifications in case you have a hard time doing a specific workout. The trainers are there the whole time for support and help keep you motivated. It’s awesome. Worth my time and worth every penny. This is your sign to join...
Read moreII was really excited to experience this gym. It took me a while to search for something that was comparable to P2P and Orange Theory in the bay area ( now that I moved to Sacramento) I started a 7-day trial to try it out, although it was challenging I really enjoyed the class. On the trial, I was able to attend 2 classes all of which I had to be waitlisted. Today Saturday would have been my last day of the trial and this was going to be my deciding factor of actually purchasing a membership. Untimely I was not able to get into the 8am class which was very disappointing. At this point, I'm a little unsure if I want to be limited as to whether or not I can work out. Another issue is that all the classes are booked out weeks in advance, therefore you have to be waitlisted. In my experience with other smaller gyms (P2P and Orange Theory), you're penalized for not showing up or canceling in a timely manner, therefore other people can sign up for the class. Also, you cannot book out weeks in advance. The Gym overall was nice but a little small. (Granted I paid $179 per month for P2P and $140 for...
