I absolutely love this spot…. During Covid I watched them build out the restaurant while taking my dogs to the dog park every day. When it looked like it was almost done I walked over and talked with one of the owners. He was very nice and explained to me what they were hoping to accomplish. I think they achieved their goal. I love coming here, the food is incredible and the drinks are off the chart. I don’t frequent bars because I don’t like fighting for attention to get a drink but here they’re very efficient and no matter how busy they are I never feel ignored.

I am closing out reviews mistakenly completed in my work account - I added photos and this text below from that review

Our go to for a relaxing afternoon of drinks and great food. Every dish is bursting with flavor and the drinks are innovative. It's a bar for those who dislike bars :)

Ooof just noticed this is my work account :) I already reviewed.... well there's that, love this place!

Food was great, lumpia and Philly fries are my favorite! Only complaint is the service :( Tall guy & girl working behind the bar tonight, not very busy so they were hanging around cleaning etc. I worked in food so it’s understandable. When I went up to the bar to order food/drinks the man was standing in front of me filling up a water cup. Totally get he’s busy but I waited for 3 minutes for either of them to come up to me and when they finally did their voice sounded like I was inconveniencing them. Again, it was slow and I was the only one in line. 1 of our appetizers came out so we waited for the 2nd appetizer for 20 minutes. Guy asked if anything was wrong and I let him know I think the kitchen forgot about our food. Food all finally came out, but the bartender said nothing, not a sorry about the wait. Nothing. I work in food industry so I am more than understanding when it comes to this!! Just felt very inconvenienced to both of them. Not a hello when we came in, what can I get for you, sorry about the wait time. Maybe I will give it another try in the future because the...

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while, but when I went in I quickly realized we weren’t welcome. We sat for about 10 minutes and no one greeted us at the bar. Friday night, 4 bartenders and a lot of empty chairs at the bar. Sounds about white! I mean right….

To the point two bartenders were standing around hands on their hips not doing anything. When I said out loud “what’s going on” to my friend? the brunette women turned and stared us down and eventually came over no greeting no smile just “are you ready?”

As we see her and the others greeting and smiling white patrons we think to ourselves oh wow they do have customer service they can smile! Just not to us I guess? We really wanted to leave because we felt that unwelcomed but we tried a drink and probably won’t be back.

To management I’ve heard similar comments from others so I suggest quickly some training on treating your BIPOC customers better! We enjoy...

I came across this place while browsing google maps. I was excited because of the filipino cuisine on the menu. Unfortunately, they don't serve most of what I wanted to try for dinner. Although my family and I came here in hopes of trying the filipino food, my wife and son had their hamburgers with fries. I had the tocino chicken sandwich and pork belly sisig fries. For the price, the food was disappointing, basically just below par. The tocino just tasted sweet, but didn't have the tocino taste that I'm use to. The sisig fries were good, but didn't have much meat on it, especially for the price of $15. The drinks were good, I must admit. I may try this place again for brunch as I still want to try their filipino cuisine, but I did notice that there were no filipinos working the kitchen, so I'm kind of wary of the authenticity of the filipino cuisines.

Had a delicious brunch and cocktails. For food, we got the pork adobo (HIGHLY RECOMMEND), ube pancakes, and pork belly mami soup (it’s kinda like a ramen). The mami soup could use a little more salt/umami, and the pancakes wouldve been perfect if there was more cream/syrup/whipped cream because it’s a little dry without, but both still tasted fantastic. The pork adobo though…. Amazing. Mouth watering, melts in your mouth, delicious. In terms of the drinks, the cocktails are life changing. The orange creamsicle tastes exactly like orange creamsicle, the pog slushie was amazing, and they have a very flavorful bloody mary. Will be back again.
