I am the victim of discrimination by employee name Justin . I was there around 11.30 am with my 3 small dogs and I tied my 3 dogs outside and I went inside the store. That time only one customer inside the store .I gave order of $22.00 to the employee name Justin and he charged me $22.00 and I told him I am waiting outside with my Dogs and he said he will bring my food outside. I was waiting outside almost half hour but he didn’t bring my food outside, when I was tired of waiting I asked him about my food but he was searching my order in his computer register and he said Oh plz wait . I was wondering he was preparing another customers food and juice and he gave all the customers food and juice who came after me . At least more than 10 customers came after me and all are white customers and I am the only Indian customer in the store and all white customers took food and left but he did not prepared my food that I came before of 10 customers. Then I asked him for my refund and he was ready to give my refund but he charged me again instead of giving me refund and he gave me receipt and later when I saw the refund on my phone it’s showing he charged me twice . And I went back to the store . And he called his owner and refund came back and I got very very bad experience with him as he gave me hard time . He did. Not prepared my food because I was Indian customer in the store but he prepared all another white customers foods who came after me . I am going to send his written complaint to headquarters of Jamba Juice . This employee needs more Training . He Did not gave me food and juice that I was paid and he charged me twice . I will never go on this location again , As this location employees only prepared food of white customers and they ignored another religion customers ....

I ordered 2 drinks and after them making 5 drinks and still couldn't get but one of my orders actually correct I just decided to go ahead and leave with what they had made. After standing there for nearly 20 25 min with them handing me mistake after mistake in attempts to make one of the simplest and easiest drinks possible I figured I'd cut my losses and go about my day but it just shocks me when I had seriously told every single worker in there at least once how to make the drink and what was in it which is a kale orange power and only consists of fresh squeezed orange juice fresh banana and kale that's it... And yet I got a multitude of different drinks that tasted nothing like a kale orange power and ultimately just got wasted. It was the first time I've ever gone into a Jamba juice and not a single employee knew or had heard of a kale orange power hopefully they can get some extra training...

The management is on point and the customer service is excellent, shout out to the daytime manager Gracie who went above and beyond taking care of a small issue I had with my order after it had been delivered. Also, the owner had reached out to me personally to make sure everything was going good and also personally apologized for the very small problem I had had. Then, a few days later, I had ordered a smoothie over the phone right bf they closed and didn't get there till 10-15 mins after they had closed and to top it off, I had forgotten my wallet but, the wonderful night time manager Alejandra gave me a hella of a discount and I was able to pay for my smoothie with change I had in my truck.
