It honestly saddens me to say this but this is not the first time I have not experienced great service at this certain establishment. I have been coming here since it opened . Whenever I call to order I only ask if I can have light sauce on the pizza I've been ordering pizzas like this all the time but sometimes the manager in charge of all tell me that I cannot order with light sauce . Or sometimes they'll tell me I can order with light sauce but I have to pay a $2 fee just to get light sauce . I find this really outrageous today as I spoke with the manager at this exact location he told me I could not order light sauce on a pizza because they are "as is" I politely told him that I order this way all the time how come sometimes I can order this way and sometimes I cannot he stated that all pizzas are as is and I asked him what if I have a food allergy how would I go about ordering a pizza with this company then . The manager then hung up on me I called back and asked if he hung up on me and he said that the phone got disconnected . All in all I called at 11 AM wanting to order a pizza for my family with light sauce and I believe that they just did not want to make another pizza as they just opened. I'm sad to say that I will not be returning to this establishment because of the rude customer service that I have to experience from time to time and cannot receive anything of a consistent nature. I have been in the restaurant and industry since I was 16 years old and this is the first review that I have had to write because of bad customer service. Read moreWorst manager I ever seen. My visit starts by asking a very polite Hispanic lady in the cashier to ask one of the employees to put his mask on. She did like any employed should. The employe didn't. so I asked to speak to a manager after seen most employees starting talking load and staring at me. Wile this is happening there was an client that asked a man a question. After the client said please ask the Hispanic lady what I'm talking about he got offended and for a second a tought he was going to physically fight the client due to his verbal & body language. The client left so I asked the very nice young Hispanic girl that I would like to speak to a manager. The manager came and notice it was the same employe that had just been in argument with the previous client. So I politely told him I wanted to express My disappointment with performance of what I had seen. He replayed in a very disappointing way of handling or managing this business. I knew a conversation was not going to work so I thank him for he's time and when he got to the back sounded like all of the employees in the back wanted to come and beat me up. Read moreWent in about 8:50pm and ordered an extra most best stuffed crust. The cashier asked if I wanted a copy of my receipt and I said yes! She said the wait would be 10-12 minutes. About 7 minutes later I walk back in to wait. They then turned off the lobby lights and locked me inside. A few minutes more go by and one of the cashiers asked me what I’m waiting on because they couldn’t find my order on their end and the woman in back said she had no tag for my order.
