My recent visit to Pho Viet left me thoroughly impressed and satisfied. This delightful establishment not only offers a wide range of delectable dishes but also boasts a small super store that adds a unique touch to the dining experience. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a treat.

The culinary adventure began with the shrimp spring rolls, which were bursting with freshness and flavor. Each bite was a harmonious blend of succulent shrimp, crisp vegetables, and fragrant herbs. Next, we sampled a sandwich that exceeded our expectations. The perfectly toasted bread encased a generous filling of savory meats and vibrant vegetables, resulting in a delightful symphony of tastes.

The pot stickers were another highlight of the meal, with their thin, delicate wrappers and perfectly seasoned filling. Newly opened spot. Been fairly busy the 2x we have gone. After 2 tries we will definitely come back for some more.

1st visit my wife and both tried a rice noodle bowl, we had pork for 1, and beef on the other. The meat was ok, bit fatty on the pork, the beef was a bit thick compared to other spots I have had this. But happy to see they also put the ginger piece in a each slice of beef. The bowl it self had fresh ingredients and has a good amount in it. We also tried the shrimp spring rolls. They were good, and the peanut sauce was too. Service was ok, kinda left us alone but able to flag them done for help.

2nd visit was amazing compared to the 1st. From food to service. Service was on top and helpful and it was the same people. The food was much better. My wife tried the chicken rice noodle bowl and the chicken was good and not fatty. I went with the bánh mí B1 special - Bành Mí Dăc Biêt. The bread roll was perfectly soft inside and crunchy exterior. The 4pcs of meat inside range from bbq pork, ham, head cheese and 1 more pork maybe a boiled piece. But the pickeld vegetables, jalapenos and cilantro were perfect on it. Nice and full sandwich. And for an appetizer we went with the pot stickers. All the food was on point 2nd visit.

Day before, we reserved a for 18. When we got there, there were 2 round tables reserved. 8 chairs per table. The waitress squeezed 1 chair to each table making it super tight.

After 5 minute she comes out to take orders. Our table ordered first. Then she goes to the second table.

Roughly 20 minutes later, they serve the second table. Our table sits patiently expecting our orders soon. 10 minutes go by, nothing. Another 10 minutes, nothing. Our fiends at the other table all finished their food already, finally they bring out our food!

We “joked” with table 2, “we watched you guys eat your food, now you guys have to watch us finish our food before you can go home!”

Meanwhile, pickup line was 7-8 people standing in line. The first customer has been waiting since we placed our order!

Women’s bathroom was broken so they had to share with the men’s bathroom. They were out of paper towels in the bathroom, so good luck keeping clean after washing your hands
