I wasn’t going to leave a review however when I came back to get my refund, I felt like the manager had a attitude mind you I come here all the time and I order the seafood boil, which is $50. I never try anything else but on this day, I decided to get something else. I called beforehand to ask about the menu but the young lady that they have there. I guess she’s new. The name on the receipt was a little bit. She was very rude so I called to see if a manager was available and one was so basically after two days I was able to get a hold of someone which it was another young lady. I believe it’s the owner daughter and she was very polite. She’s always sweet very nice and very understanding. I expressed to her my feelings towards the service that I received and she apologize. She offered me garlic noodles next time when I come I told her thank you. So me and my daughter decided to visit the establishment two days from that day. I ordered some jambalaya got my daughter, some chicken wings and of course I got the garlic noodles when I got home. The jambalaya was mushy. The garlic noodles was nasty, but I told myself it’s OK because I got it for free however I returned the jambalaya, but there wasn’t a manager there so I had to wait until Monday to get my money back So I called Monday. Manager, wasn’t in I asked, could I leave my phone number for the manager to call me back they said sure I didn’t receive a call that was for Tuesday so I called the next day today which is Wednesday told the manager what happened he said sure no problem come in so I did. When I get there the same girl that was rude gives me six dollars back. The item was 599+ tax so because she didn’t give me the correct change the manager comes out and give me another dollar out of his pocket. But it seems to me that he was a little frustrated because I want exact change so that is why I decided to leave this review because the service that I received and I wouldn’t even be tripping off the money, but it was the fact of how I was treated when I spend my hard earned money at this establishment. For the simple fact that the item that I usually get is $50 every time and if there’s other people with me, we’re spending $100 or more. I just didn’t appreciate the service that I got I could have went anywhere to spend my money, but I chose to spend it at this establishment because their food is good and their service was good but for me to have to waste my gas coming back twice then having to come back a third time just to resolve the issue of getting a refund I was pissed off. being totally honest about how i feel like who wants to eat mushy rice along with someone being rude to you and not even apologize she thought...

The best customer service, friendly, kind, and very professional employees including the manager. They try their best to be helpful, and make sure you get the best possible outcome for your business. They are located in South Sacramento, CA in a crowded area, and the restaurant is well decorated, but not too big , also cleanliness is the highest priority for the owner of the restaurant so that is why everything is clean, and nice. Due the remodeling the restrooms are out of service for a short period of time so just keep in mind. They offer different kind of services such as dine in, delivery, and take out, also a great menu with too many options, so the choice is yours what to order. The prices are reasonable/decent for all the great, fresh, and high quality food products, also the main thing is the ingredients, and the portions of the meal which is outstanding plus a lot. In addition, there are different kinds of dessert which you can enjoy after your meal. They accept different methods of payment so debit, credit, and cash are accepted. The employees are active, and workaholic, so that is why no long waiting time, also you can place your order in person or through phone by calling them. Yes ! They are wheelchair accessible, and the dining tables, and chairs are comfortable too, so you can use either your accommodation or their chairs to enjoy your food. The parking lot is huge , and there are many parking spaces including handicapped, so no worries where to park your vehicles. Small hidden gem next to my favorite pizza joint Fat Ducks in south sac. We ordereded quite a bit I had never seen this place before. Since captains was closed we stopped in . Small quaint and friendly atmosphere . Walk up ordering and surising amount of tables to dine in. We ordered the pick 2 for 17.99 and recieved what appeared to be 2 full orders of Alaskin Cod and Catfish both were fried perfectly and absolutely seasoned perfectly. The Cajun style tartar was a great finishing touch. But ypu dont really need it. Also had a side or corn bread (obviously scratch made) very moist and not too sweet. Mac and cheese could use a bit of work. Though piping hot it was pretty good as it slowly cooled it got very pastey and coagulated almost. But there was great flavor. The had to have it boil was fantastic the meaning in the butter sauce was perfectly spicy and salted I came with 1/2 lb shrimp 1/2 lb snow crab.(2clusters) 1 corn on the cob (sliced into rings ) and sausage link (sliced) definitely shareable and the 2 pc chicken tenders cooked perfectly juicy and not too heavy on the breading. LAST we grabbed the banana pudding. Though it was made from a package it was pretty good the imitation banana flavoring kinda threw me off .
