I had the Ultimate Omelette and a side of salad.

FOOD: The food was good. Exactly what you'd expect from American Comfort food. I subbed out my hash browns for a side salad and the greens were fresh and tomatoes delicious.

SERVICE: I am sorry to say on this day the service was not good. It took 25 minutes before our order was taken and another 35 minutes to get our food.

When we finally ordered after being ignored for 25 minutes, we had 3 servers come by and ask if we'd ordered.

35 minutes after we'd ordered we finally were able to get the attention of staff and overheard them saying our order was still in the window.

When the meal finally arrived we, again, were interrupted frequently by 3 different servers asking how the meal was- literally the worst of both worlds; being ignored then being frequently interupted.

I am not sure how tables are tracked here, but the system clearly could use some improvement. Perhaps divide the restaurant up and have a chart with an assigned server?

I wish I could have reviewed the overall experience including food. I we t in at 12N on a Sunday, they wernt terribly busy. Had my order taken at 12:03. At12:42 still no food. I didn't order anything extravagant. A half order of biscuits and gravy and 2 scrambled eggs. As a diabetic I needed to eat so I calmly got up and left. The wait staff and bussing crew seemed nice enough.

Update: This was supposed to be the redemption visit. I walked into an empty restaurant. I ordered 1/2 biscuit and gravy 2 scrambled eggs and one pancake.. 13 dollars and change. 4 dollars for one pancake and you don't serve real butter? Rather ridiculous. So me and my girlfriend came a couple nights ago at 6pm and had a well cooked meal. The waitress was great and very friendly. Me and my girlfriend decide to go back for lunch and it was a horrible experience. The waitress Sharon was very rude and had no idea what she was even doing. Her service was not good at all! And the food was disgusting. It was a different chef this time and it was sickening and the while place was dirty. The owner is a complete ass and needs to learn how to run a business properly.
