Don't use this store.
I once appreciated the attention to detail and I liked the crew at the store. I was impressed that they watched for me and noticed and made sure that I knew they cared.
Poor management = poor service. Take a look at Chris Depalma's review 3 weeks ago if you don't believe this from just one person. Or Jamie Wilson the month before that. Or Christina Copeland and Kevin Smith, who complained about the people I see urinating on the drivethrough by the pick-up window. This list could go on for a mile, which is roughly the length of the drive through line when you are in a hurry.
Now the manager threatens customers, their quality has gone to crap, employees are told to enforce policies that make it difficult for handicap patrons to get service, and recently, there is a homeless guy who keeps peeing on the drive through sidewalk.
This is a supposedly full cup... a $7 Grande Latte. In the past this was my biggest complaint. This time another customer complained to me their drink was less than the small that sbx calls tall. I told her that is a frequent occurrence at this store. Read moreI have not been to this location to offer a detailed explanation or description of this location, YET. My prior 2 drive through orders were fair, with friendly staff but my last visit did not leave me with a good impression; if a customer has a question rather than being rude because you don't know the answer, and then following with putting an end to the conversation by saying have a good day and shutting the drive thru window you should direct the customer to who has the answer!! Thus, I did not like the drive thru attended and I hope he never waits on me again. I'll update this post after I visit a few more times. There are other locations where the Barista's provide exceptional services and I'd prefer to drive a little further to not be greeted negatively. It kinda ruins the moment of getting yourself an expensive treat to improve one's day. I order through the app so I don’t have to order when I get to the Intercom and And sometimes I order right before I get in the line just because I live so close and they told me I have to order 10 minutes to 12 ahead for drive-through when nobody was in the drive-through. and I don’t even live that far so I would have to go into the app and order my drink before I even left my house which is kind of crazy when I thought I was doing them a favor by ordering it so I don’t have to tell them my order I just give them my name. I’ve never been told this when using the drive-through app at any other store. When the lady gave me my drink, she said give us more time next time all right I was like OK I’m not coming back. Don’t worry there’s one just across the way.
