So I went in to get a #33 to go and the sandwich is supposed to come with Au jus...I even asked the guy that was making my sandwich...I get home...no au jus...so I am upset...I call and the guy says sorry but is so shady about if the sandwich even comes with au jus or not...which it does! Like making excuses and then has the audacity to say I would give you more next time you come in but it is a weird thing to give more of and plus it is free...like who wants MORE au jus next time...not me!!! I want it this time...then when I ask who the manager us...he states that he is...so I express that as a manager he should have clear responses not shady excuses. Then says he doesn't know what to do...I said a simple next time you come in a bag of chips or free soda or something for the mistake is the right thing to do for your customers...sadly, I do enjoy this place, but won't be going back...I will just go to the sandwich spot instead...wish customers could be treated better...I left a...

I love the sandwiches, that's not the issue, but everytime I make an order for four or more sandwiches something goes wrong. I tried calling, on line, even in store but with no exceptions something goes wrong. Finally I learned that I have to double check in store so they can give me a sandwich they missed or redo one they did wrong. Update: I received a request to explain. One time I ordered 8 sandwiches and paid for 8 but got 7. Next, I ordered 6 and got different sandwiches than what I ordered. Next time I ordered 8 sandwiches, one of them with only roast beef, nothing else. I got a roast beef sandwich full of veggies. Today I finally got smarter and decided to open the sandwich.
