Well i decided to try the breakfast this time. I do like the lunch menu and thought for a change and since its been a long time since i did lets try the breakfast. Well to start this location has a lot of work to do. As being the only car in the drive thru at the time it took about 10 minutes. I ordered a meal deal and ordered a bacon cheese biscuit and a sausage one. To start they informed me they only had one biscuit. Okay so got one crossiant one. Got to the window still dont think they even had it started. After about 5 min they came to window said for the wait they would throw in a cookie. Ok no big thing. After 10 min they came back said sorry for wait and she said she would write me down for a free breakfast next time. No coupon or slip of any kind just tell them her name next time. Not sure how that would even work and knew the request would really throw the place in chaos so i never did use it. Ok so finally got the food so lets see how this breakfast is. Well after all that guess what. Ended both sandwiches being on crossiants .Diddnt see that coming right lol. Burger king really needs to add some flavor to these. Talk about bland and no flavor. The first one was even still cool in the center still.Diddnt even eat all second. But hey still had my cookie that im still debating if it was supposed to be a hard or soft as one side was hard and one soft. I hope people dont pay for these. I will def be back to Mcdonalds for breakfast from now on. Their breakfast is very good. Not sure if BK just needs to try some new things like maybe muffins on their sandwiches or just do a complete overhaul. I think just taking more time to be efficent and get orders right would do them wonders. Then work on that bland tasting breakfast menu. I see why i was the only car that day in the middle of breakfast hours in...

Which was fine, since they were understaffed. Told them my order and the coupon #ās and pulled forward. Ended up giving me four cheeseburgers instead of just two cheeseburgers and two chicken sandwiches. Immediately noticing that we asked about it but was met with such a bad attitude it was insane. Seemed to be a MANAGER?? So snappy and acting like I was an idiot even though she got the order completely wrong. Why would I give you the same coupon code when I hand you two separate coupons and you saw it in your hand and refused to give it back. I get your short staffed. You donāt think thousands of people are experiencing that too?? Maybe try being a decent human with out having a disgusting attitude, just to fight with people for sport because YOU are having a bad day. Obviously no pride in there. You wonder why they are short staffed! Hope you feel good about...

First they skip me on my change by a dollar, i dont say anything, than i go back an hour later for the same thing (chocolate milkshake) which is delicious but as the same woman skimped me on my change she said have a great night, i said you too under my breath, she didnt hear me so as i drove away she yells THANKS YOU TOO... I will never go back to this BK. I called the manager she said "thanks ill have a talk with her" thats it. Not even an apology for the rude customer service and chumping me on my change. Bill was 3.49 i give her 5.50 and she hands back 1.01! Just a dollar, not a big deal but than i go back again without even saying a word about the change and than i get that. Just horrible and im not even the type of person to complain or write...
