Dom was great: took the order quickly gave instructions to others and got fries out fast and loaded. The two other males working had interesting word choice in their conversation (f bombs)- I get it he gets it he left his phone in the lobby. his priority was on the customers. keep pushing the topic because as you come off lunch and everyone else have a far amount of work, you even went about reaching around the counter to clock in and slowly making your way behind the grill. The chick doing the toppings, I hope she was 16 and at a first job: ear buds on, knocking webs down from the air vents while people are in the store eating, needing common sense safety instructions like bringing a ladder out of the lobby, flipping up toppings and sandwich location (told the man on the grill which one was which so that they went out right), and not putting things on the grill when even the receipt has it listed as on grill so Dom did type it in right, then she stand around waiting when she doesn’t have cheese. Because there was no provolone cheese and the topping person wasn’t going to get it the guy on the grill had to leave the meat on way too long to go get cheese, it needed up drying out the sauce that was on it so it looked like a rub not a sauce. The bun on the teriyaki was also dark brown crispy one one half of the bun. Then we didn’t get one of the sandwich’s. Come back 20 minutes later and they gave us the sandwich that was made the first time we were there. The woman tried giving some long winded version of I for got it, when one of the younger males cut her off told her to stop, and just repeated sorry multiple times over her. Overall, this store has been going a down hill for months constantly not able to do fries, but man this round was just not the experience to repeat. Dom and the first guy on the grill was trying very hard to be professional and ignore some of the questionable drama going on, mad respect for those 2. The one chick cleaning the whole time part of the job and offered to join but didn’t check in again with more door chimes, eh, but they were spaced out long enough to seem like a person getting their order and leaving when there were just...
Read moreFood was great but we will be looking for a different location to go to from now how. This location was nasty. The tables were not clean. Every single table was dirty and I don't mean a wrapper it was smeared with food like they used a dirty towel to wipe the tables. Then we went to get our drinks and the pop station was so gross. Mold in the ice chute, looked like it hadn't been cleaned or sanitized in months. Everything had a coating of syrup from the pop. I tried 2 different sodas and they both had a nasty taste you could taste how uncleaned the machine was. Now onto the bathroom that was gross also. I had to take pictures because I couldn't believe how high the trash was in the trash can. I was scared to even wash my hands. Seriously dont know who is the manager of this establishment but I would be embarrassed if I was the owner and had this manager represented me and my company. We were the second order for the day and it was about 11am. I almost wanted to apply for a job at this store just so I could come in and clean this place. No joke. Couldn't understand why the trash cans in the lobby were so full since we were the second ones to dine in. This was our first time trying Charley's but I won't come back here. Worries me because with the way this place looked I can't imagine when the last time the grill or vats were cleaned or if the products were expired or even dated for that matter. But anyways that's our experience. ...

Man, I used to love coming this place, and I always thought the customer service was pretty good even though there seemed to be a high turn around.
I stopped by today since I was on the road for work, and I have to say it was the most disappointing visit.
First off, I walked in and stood at the register, and not one person greeted me, told me they'd be with me shortly, or anything of the sort. It took about five minutes of waiting before a young lady finally took my order. I ordered my food and specifically said for my sandwich no veggies of any kind.
I pay, and I wait. I think it took 10 minutes or so, but I finally got my order. I decided to check it before I walked out, and wouldn't you know it lettuce and tomato was included. I took the sandwich back up and asked for them to fix it. They could not comprehend that I asked for no veggies of any kind, and begrudgingly took the veggie off. Again, no sort of apology or comment about the mistake in taking my order.
If this is how the service will be here moving forward, this was my last visit to this particular...
