I went to pick up my phone & the geek squad employee totally ignored me after about 10 minutes I flagged down best buy employee & asked if maybe she had a co-worker that could help & the the lady now waiting behind me. He said he'd try.... he called over 2 more best buy employees while the geek squad employee ignored all of us. After another 10 minutes of them trying to deliver my phone through the system & them apologizing that it's not their department they Interrupt the geek squad lady's conversion about how a replacement computer would be cheaper during the annual back to school sale. She hits a couple buttons & signs a piece of paper, explained to me that I need to call the provider before I can use the phone again. She then walks back over to the original lady. Read moreWas told I would not be charged for a tech to come to the house (asked for clarification several times before I agreed to this service) only to have the tech tell me that he could not fix the problem and he would not leave until he was paid $49.99. I paid with a credit card telling him I would ask for a refund. MULTIPLE phone calls and trips to the store later, I was told that while I was entitled to the refund, I needed to wait a couple of billing cycles for it to clear. Today I was told that I would not be getting the refund because it had to be issued within the first 30 days following the disputed service. Unbelievable!!! Read moreHorrible service. We dropped off our computer and it needed a new hard drive and new software. We had to order our software ourselves, have it delivered to our house and then take it into the store (who already had our computer). We told them we wanted the large hard drive as well. We dropped off the software and they said it would be 5 business days (we were told same day when we dropped it off) a couple days later they called to see if we were going to drop off our software! What?! YOU HAVE IT! Finally went to pick it up and they installed the wrong hard drive. And lost our power cord. I haven't used my computer yet to see if it's fixed... I'll be amazed if it works. WORST...
