DXL Big + Tall — Local services in Saginaw Charter Township

We shopped at JC Penny, Macy’s, and all over the mall. My husband is an in-between size so it tends to be a bit difficult shopping for clothes for him! Then I remembered the big and tall store! I called to see what time they were open till as I was standing in the mall, and said be there in 10 mins! Tracy was extremely helpful, polite and understanding! She started by explaining how they do business, with measuring, keeping sizes on file, etc. We found exactly what we were looking for and more! I feel like we found a honey hole! When will they be reopening ?? I've always had great service and they have always had what I'm looking for !! Asking when because I went the other day and had to go to Birch Run and that was an absolute bust !! They didn't know or have what I wanted !!! Won't be going back there again !!!

If I could give these folks a 10 star rating I would. I called their competition to look for a suit coat. Was told to go online and find it. Because she would have had to go look through all the jackets to find one. I was driving an hour away. I called DXL. They were not only willing to find what I needed they pulled them off the floor for me. Also made plans for me if a situation came up and I couldn't make it on time.
