OK boys where do I begin? So me and the homies were hungry after playing a round of very intense Lazer Tag, so we decided "lets go get some Panda" now we got to Panda Express 3 minutes before it was closed. "JUST IN TIME!" we thought as we saw two people eating inside the store. We could not have been more wrong. Let me learn you a thing, the INSIDE of Panda Closes at 10, UNLESS you are a group of four Teenage white kids then it closes at 9:57. Now it doesn't say this on the website, but the DRIVE THROUGH is open until 10:30. So we thought being four different people we would walk through the drive through and order separately so it was not one big mess in my buddy's truck. (Keep in mind it doesn't not say anywhere no walk ups) So after standing for 10 minutes we were RUDELY declined service because it is "too dangerous" to take walk ups. I was slightly upset and yelled "man this some Goku Bullsh*t" we walked to my friends truck to see where we were going to eat next, and can you believe they got some of there TOP tier employees to guard the entrances and watch our every move as we sat there and decided where we wanted to try and eat next. Now i feel like they were profiling us as some "Hood Rats" or something because we were teenagers and without "parental" supervision. Now the funny thing is they can stare at me through some locked doors but the only time they can actually come outside of there safe space is to walk out the door as we are driving away. IDK why this lady felt the need to watch us drive out of the Panda Express parking lot, because were were doing nothing wrong but hey it's whatever. Also the man that was stationed at the drive through opened the window and yelled something at us as we were turning. IDK what it was but I'm assuming it was something not nice. 0/10 would not try and get double orange...
Read moreThe food and service left something to be desired. We pulled up to order (I had a craving for egg drop soup and fried rice)...found out they are a Chinese restaurant that doesn't have soup even (which is ridiculous) so I ordered their fried rice having liked it before and some cheese wontons. The wontons were okay, greasy and was very light on the filling. The fried rice was flavorless and not good at all. The worst of it was the service! I pulled up to the window and read a little note that stated that their fried rice was no longer with the egg bits (the best part) but that they had been replaced with corn due to a shortage in the industry. I began to ask about it and she just ignored me at the drive thru! She (a girl named SUMMER) began to hand me my food and was making eye contact and everything, talking to me, so I again began to address the issue saying that they should put a sign at the drive thru menu about the corn replacing the egg because I wouldn't have ordered it otherwise, she proceeds to just give me an annoyed glance, ignores me, and then proceeded to TALK OVER ME and just said here is your meal. She never once wished me a good day, thanked me for coming, NOTHING and just shut the window. Absolutely rude behavior and you can be well assured I will never return to your restaurant. Luckily we are getting a Panda Express here in Bay City. Hopefully their services won't be as...
Read moreFirst of all, I love Panda Express. It has set the standard that I compare every orange chicken, lo mein, and egg roll to. But the service at this location is atrocious. My boyfriend and I went there last night and we're treated very rudely. We were rushed through our order and told we couldn't have brown rice because, "they were done with that for the night." Uhmm...what? Then when we got to the window we changed our mind about getting a drink and asked if we could add one. The girl acted like we were the worst customers on the planet and responded with, "What do you want?" I politely asked what they had and she responded with a short, "Pepsi." Sorry, but I'm one of those idiots that doesn't know the difference between Pepsi and Coke products. My boyfriend blurted out Mountain Dew because he knew I was going to get rude back. When we got our food home, we live less than five minutes away, our food was luke warm at best, all of our stuff was just thrown in the bag, napkins and sauce just ecerywhere, one of our bowls on its side and one of my Rangoons was fried open so all the filling melted out. This place isn't super cheap, so I expect my food to be the quality I paid for. I think I'll stick to the location...
