The Staff at this dunkin was extremely rude and inconsiderate both of the young men kept messing around with thier friends who were causing a scene after I had waited almost 10 minutes for someone to help me ( they were outside and what looked like arount the corner hiding from the customers and had a attitude when they took my order like I was a inconvenience) after I got my order I seen the who I only will assume friends of the Dunkin employees going into the staff only area causing a ruckus and running around the Circle k almost running into me and to be fair i understand kids will be kids but there's are not kids they are young adults but to be fair as a regular at the gas station and which i have been for years i can only take so much but after this altercation ( WHICH IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPEND ) I don't think I will be returning to the dunkin or Circle k. Pulled up to order two donuts and two iced coffees. I was first told that they didn’t have sprinkles so no sprinkle donuts (at 10:00 in the morning?), we pulled up to the window, we were not greeted by the cashier, she had an impatient look, and she gave us the wrong donuts, was rude about it when we tried to help by telling her which ones we ordered, and then almost gave me the wrong coffee. Ordered an xl midnight roast with cream. This is what I got. It's not hot and there's little to no cream in it. I drive back through and ask for a new coffee that's hot with cream because it being not hot leads me to believe it's old. She said it's not old and that she can't replace it but she would give me some creams to go. She gave me 3 little creams for an xl. I said I'll have to microwave this and she said OK well I'm sorry.
