I had the best experience at this Starbucks located inside Embassy Suites by Hilton in St Augustine Florida. Baristas Ty, Liam and manager Christina were phenomenal! They were professional, courteous and had such exceptional customer service. Very knowledgeable with their different beverages. The wait time was less than 10min and Liam ensured we liked what we purchased before we left the hotel. Absolutely the most pleasant, spacious, friendly Starbucks in St. Augustine/St . Augustine Beach. It’s the first Starbucks to ask my name on the first visit without ordering a specialty drink and have remembered it since! The have a generous indoor and outdoor seating and FREE, reserved Starbucks parking spaces in front of the north end of the Embassy Suites (valet not required). All Starbucks are not created equal and this location proves it. The service is excellent. Smiling faces, professional attitude, quick and efficient. The coffee is great, the food is fresh, and the order is always correct. Oh and it is beyond clean in this Starbucks.
