Deserves ZERO stars (but can’t post without 1 star)Had the worse experience ever. I bought my son a tropical outfit for 26.00 size 1t. Took it back the next day because it didn’t fit him. Never worn tags still on with my receipt. As I was walking in the door with the bag I purchased it in this older lady immediately started yelling, “NO REFUNDS” repeatedly before I said a word. I then tried to talk and she talked over me extremely rude. Pointed to a note the size of an index card maybe smaller w fine print. Apparently says no refunds but can’t see it or read it with her yelling NO REFUNDS!! I’m local and enjoy going into theses tourist shops every once in a while. Will never go in here again. Definitely spread the word. I think she was the owner. No way an employee would treat a customer this way. Unacceptable behavior!! So many other palaces to shop. Buyer Beware-😠 ALL SALES FINAL! Stopped in for a cheap UV rashguard that was just an ok, not great fit, but for $20, I thought why not? (I also bought a pair swimshorts which I love and intend to keep). Later that day, I found a very high quality rashguard at a surf shop for only $10 more. I decided I would return the cheap Beachwear rashguard and purchase the better one instead. The IB top had never been worn (other than trying on), never even out of the bag. I pulled out my receipt to return, only to see absolutely NO REFUNDS printed!! First store I've EVER patronized to not give a refund with receipt. Visited at 2PM 7/10/20 and wasn’t even acknowledged when I walked in looked around and found two beach chairs $80 ea. And a each towel $25 took towel to registers because I had a question about chairs that I was going to purchase and again wasn’t acknowledged stood there for a few minutes while person at the register had a conversation with person unpacking more inventory and could plainly see me but didn’t say anything. Guess you didn’t need my money as the store was packed with 3 other customers, two of which left empty handed as I did. Nice store, nice selection of products just need some motivated employees.
