My Husband and I were out for a walk and thought we’d stop here to get a sandwich to take back to our hotel. We ordered an Italian sub. What a disappointment. Actually the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. I don’t know what kind of meat they used other than the five slices of quarter sized pepperoni that was on the sandwich. There was some other type of meat on there that I didn’t recognize. I’ve never seen a sub or hoagie made like that in my lifetime. I’m looking through the reviews and see that they have good pizza. We should’ve went with that choice because our sandwich was terrible. It was a waste of money, and we threw it out.

Just made it in to St Augustine . My wife and I took a walk to view our surroundings and stumbled across this pizza place . We went in and was greeted by a very nice guy who was ready to take our order . Great conversation, very convenient location to where we were staying . We grab our order -FRESHLY cooked and steaming hot . Strolled back to our room and thoroughly enjoyed our fresh tasting, scrumptious pizza and Chessy garlic bread . I’m telling you great service , fresh pizza and great place ! Was in and out in 15 min .

Pretty tasty thin crust New York style pizza, as advertised. My family walked in expecting a dine-in option, and although it appears they may have offered this in the past, they no longer do. So we placed an order for take out and waited in the car. We watched two other groups of people walk in and out thinking the same thing we did. A bonus, however, is the Italian Ice/Custard stand right next door. We ordered two extra large pizzas and it easily fed our family of 5.

EXTREMELY. RUDE. Asked for a cup of ice and didn’t bat an eye when I was charged $2.13 for a cup of ice for water for my children while it is 95° outside. Paid for the ice. Was not even surprised to not be offered water to put in my cup. I immediately poured the ice into my cup and proceeded to ask for “a little more ice”. Not another sole was in this small, sad establishment but myself. I was then laughed at and told I would need to pay ANOTHER $2.13 for any more ice. The (un)kind young man then began to raise his voice and inform me how much ice cost them and they recently paid $1600.00 to fix their ice machine and they are not even suppose to/allowed to sell ice. My children entered the store while this young man continued to be rude and disrespectful. Complete disregard for the fact that I had already paid him without any issue. I wouldn’t order anything from this establishment if they were the last standing restaurant on this entire island. The owner also came out and assisted him in speaking disrespectfully to the single paying customer they had in their site.

He let me know I could walk to the Kangaroo (where, to be clear, I would have received ice for $0.00).

Spend your hard earned money...

Ate there twice in one week first time great experience! Food was perfect had a pizza and Stromboli. Second time horrible experience. The food tasted good but, messed up order making pizza with wrong toppings and Stromboli was completely different. They were unwilling to fix it said they misunderstood the pizza toppings and weren’t willing to remake it to be correct. Gave us a slice of cheese for free only. Stromboli was made like a calzone-filled with lots of mozzarella cheese and very little toppings. It was supposed to be sausage and pepperoni but it only had pepperoni. Again when we went back the second time to show them the error they told us to pull out the cheese it would be the same thing. Then told me to re-order and pay for another one and say less cheese (had I known I had to first time I would have). I could assure you the second time will be my last time! Never have I seen anyone so unwilling to work with tourists and rude in a...

I have ordered from Antonio's 3 times in the last year. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap first and it was horrible, but every restaurant has strengths and weaknesses so I figured I may have just chosen their worst dish. I then ordered a Caesar salad the second time and enjoyed that. After having that, I wanted give them the benefit of a doubt so i ordered a simple turkey sub. It may as well have been a lettuce sub. Ridiculous amounts of lettuce with the thinnest layer of turkey possible. And the turkey wasn't fresh deli sliced turkey but tasted and looked like the cheapest perfectly cut round turkey lunch meat slices that can be bought from Aldi 😣 a bit disappointed given that we paid $13 for lettuce and a sub roll. They also never asked about cheese, so I guess I must have missed...
