8/30/2025 7:49pm order for choose 2 chicken salad and spud with choose 2 bacon spud and cup country potato. I asked three times at our table as employee brought out orders. First told it would be 10 minute wait, then they brought out whole large plain potato on a plate. Then brought out 1/2 chic salad and another plain potato but no butter or sour cream. Went up to counter to ask about order again. I told the missing order to employees 3-4 times. Never did get soup or bacon cheddar spud. Asked for refund and only got missing order refunded. Then asked for entire refund because my mom had to eat her cold food. They put the soup on order window then spilled it across the window when I said I wanted a refund. I didn’t get any food I ordered. I did get a tea I ordered. I asked for manager and it was the girl who refused to tell me her name. Then I said to another employee to give me her name and he said she is K* w**. Then refunded my missing food at 8:27pm then voided my entire order at 8:29pm. I called your corporate number at 8:30pm and no one available except Monday to Friday. I will call Tuesday since Monday is Labor Day holiday. I am also sending this message now for response. Read moreI have been to McAllisters at this location twice in a week. Morgan has very poor customer service. First incident I did order pick-up on lunch break. I checked my bag to make sure everything is correct, and if I had all my utensils. When I opened a box I realized the food was made incorrectly so I said something to her, and she said that’s how it was keyed in you didn’t have any modifications. I said that’s weird because I had modified all the other 2 orders in the bag. So she asked if I wanted it remade, and what was wrong with it? She said well I need the food back, as I was handing it to her. I waited 15 mins for a bake potato to be remade. Wasn’t her priority. She also basically threw my butter packets in my hand. Another incident I went in for dinner, and ordered 2 entrees for here and 3 kids meals to go. She yells across the kitchen you can’t do the 99 cent kids meals Togo. Also they have to have 2 adult entrees which we did the drawer messed up and we had too do 2 separate transactions. So the girl at the front apologized and said sorry we can’t give it to you. That’s fine I’ll pay full price, but the fact I have dealt twice with the same persons attitude each visit makes me not want to come back. I give it 3 stars because the food is amazing. Read moreOn a recent trip to the McAlister's Deli in St. Charles, MO, I had a rather unfortunate experience.
I had to use the restroom. Right after me, came an employee who also made use of the facilities. I was washing my hands thoroughly while the employee was using the urinal. While drying my hands, the employee walked over the sink and quickly rinsed his hands (2 seconds max.) – no soap – and was over at the paper towel rack before I even left the restroom.
His lackadaisical hand-washing bothered me, but my hope was that his job was just to clean up the tables, seats, and floors. Nope!
When I went to get a refill on my iced tea, he was standing behind the counter and reached for my cup. Normally, when restaurant employees take your cup, they grasp around the outside. This guy grabbed over the rim with his thumb on the outside and his unwashed fingers inside my cup. Needless to say, I was no longer interested in drinking my iced tea. GROSS!!!
Since I take the plastic cups home with me for recycling, I just dumped the tea when I got home.
