Was in this shop a few weeks ago Lovely lady at cash register. Said I’d be back and was there yesterday. The lemon cake was so delicious, light and fluffy. The dollop of pudding on top made it extra yummy (it would be a great middle layer). I didn’t get the sugar rush or gluten hangover feeling (why I waited til today to 5-Star). I stumbled across this place yesterday. As I walked in, I saw the case full of baked goods and my heart sank because I’m a type two diabetic and I can’t have baked goods usually. But then I realized it was a keto bakery! I treated myself to the tiramisu and I ate half of it before dinner and half of it before bed and it did not move my glucose monitor hardly at all. This cute little shop on main street has keto baked goods and a huge selection of organic and keto snacks/teas/supplements. Upstairs is a cozy attic with soft seating for a relaxing time away from the bustle of main street. I just bought a bulk thing of matcha, but I’ll be back for some of those baked goods next!
