Original Buscemi's — Restaurant in Saint Clair Shores

We were having a small family get together yesterday and decided to get some subs from Buscemi's. We had gotten pizza there before and it was very good and decently priced. When I called the guy who picked up the phone seemed surprised that I was ordering so much. He kept asking if I was sure I was calling the right place. That seemed kind of weird, but we just went with it. We ordered some philly cheesesteak subs, two pizza rolls, and a salad. The philly cheesesteak subs were pretty bad, and nobody liked them. The dressing they put on was so strong and they put so much on that it overpowered all of the other flavors. I couldn't even finish my whole sub and I was starving. The pizza rolls were okay, but not that big and they didn't have a lot of toppings inside. The salad was quite big, and was a pretty run of the mill antipasto salad. With all of the other choices nearby I will probably not choose Buscemi's again, as three of my family members couldn't finish their food because it was so bad. Okay, so this place is way over priced. I mean im always surprised when they hit me with the total. Also, stay away from the pizza. Every time I got a slice, its been cold and stale and rock hard almost burnt on the bottom, so hard ive broke my tooth. When you ask for fresh pizza, they get upset and tell you there is already pizza ready. This is the biggest scam party store ever. I know Dave Buscemi and this place doesnt even touch the quality that Buscemis strives for. Even the nonperishable items are way overpriced too. I would give 0 stars if possible. Warning to those who go here, cross contamination and food poisoning as well as they even charged my card twice for the one transaction. Stay away from this place and let this business die. It will only be as good as the owner will let it and this owner sucks at running this place. Get a food inspector and a weights and measures inspection, guaranteed they will he closed...

These guys ripped me of 50 dollars they offer a special for there 6ft party sub pladder so your suppose to get a 6ft sub a party tray pizza and 2 salads and a bag of bettermade chips for a 129.00 dollars well they over charged me 176 dollars so I called the store to fix the situation but they said they couldn't do anything I have to talk to the kitchen Manger so I have reaapetedly called they either hang up on me or say the Manger is never in you would expect a small business to honor there deals and not steal from there customers so I'm very disappointed we couldn't resolve this and I recommend not to even shop...
