Absolutely the most unpleasant experience for my first time visit! I would give them a full 0 star's if I had that option! After having to leave with my special needs child today as he wasn't able to have much there I literally got cursed out by the owner! Very sad when I had seen so many great reviews! It was truly heartbreaking for my son to hear us be told to get the F out of the restaurant all because we got charged for 2 drinks we didn't even touch as we couldn't stay! You should be ashamed of yourself especially when it cost $8.50 for 2 drinks we didn't even drink and when offering to pay said they had no to go cups. Not to mention your waitress said nevermind to pay and she still charged my card! I hope you feel good about how you treat parent's with special needs children! Sorry I have to feed my child but if he can't eat at an establishment nobody should make them feel so terrible! I sure hope you do better to other's because you're absolutely trash!!!!

I was looking forward to trying out this restaurant, since I was told that the food is great. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I'm a vegetarian and in Italian restaurants I typically order an eggplant parmesan. Which I did this time too. Honestly, even Olive Garden eggplant parm was better. They brought out a big, lardy plate that was swimming in sauce and cheese - overkill. I scraped out the eggplant to reduce the excessive oil, but I didn't feel good afterward. The eggplant was made very generically. I admit that tiramisu was pretty good. Service was nice but very dry. There was no personalized treatment - we were just a number that they needed to serve and then "neeext". I'm shocked that with overall quality of food and service, the prices are ridiculous. You would think it's something super fancy and yet... oops. Just kidding. Decor was very nice, but yea, not going back there and I don't recommend the place.

A local friend (Martin the Three Day Blinds Guy, from Boston) told us Gianotto at Bella Napoli makes the best sauces so I came here for my birthday. He wasn’t lying. My husband was in raptures over the chicken piccata sauce and my spaghetti with meatballs sauce was so good I used a spoon to get every last drop at the end. Gianotto (I hope I’m spelling it right) came out to watch a soccer game live from Italy on one of the big screen tvs. It was in Italian. When the game was over he switched the channel back to an ice hockey game with subtitles. I waved and smiled at him and he waved back like I was a little granddaughter. The music was Italian and there were paintings of scenes from Venice on the walls. We got there around 4:00 and by 5:00 pm almost every table was filled. Lovely servers and wine. Highly recommend.

Went here for the first time, and I would be open to coming back, but the atmosphere could use a bit of improvement. It didn't start off well for my wife who I dropped off while I went to park the car. She was avoided like a plague while she observed the older female waitress being kindly affectioned to all of the other patrons who were in the restaraunt at the time. Not sure if it had anything to do with the color of my wife's skin compared to the rest who were there, but hey, the Lord knows. Anywho, that wasn't the actual waitress who served us for the evening. Our waitress, who was much younger, was very kind to us...On to the food! They give you free bread, which is nice and fresh and comes with an absolutely delicious oil dipping sauce. 5 stars for their bread! I ordered the lasagna, waitress recommendation, and it was one of the best restaurant lasagnas I've ever had. The portion size, on the other hand, was the smallest I've ever had at an Italian restaraunt for dinner. I mean, it was really quite small. I was joking with my wife that they need to invest in some new plates, because the size of the plates they serve your meal on are so much larger than the actual amount of food they put on the plate, that it's comical. The price is on par with many other Italian eateries, but I would think the price should be less if the portion size is going to be noticeably less than other Italian shops. The side salad that came with my Lasagna was all iceberg lettuce which really has no nutritional value, and I give my 4 year old more salad than they give for that side salad. My wife ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and it was very, very bland. We added quite a bit of parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and the table oil compote to make the...

We went here for a birthday party dinner yesterday. We had a really sweet server and excellent service. Was planning to come on here and write a negative review about an incident we had. Apparently the chef was really unhappy about my child’s order of butter noodles with a little bit of garlic. Everyone at the table was confused as there is garlic in many of the dishes and on the table. It was making me kinda upset because my child is a very picky eater and everyone agreed this refusal made no sense. Again we were told they were really really sorry but the chef was refusing. I didn’t want to make a fuss as it was a birthday dinner and we were still all waiting for our food. I just changed the order to butter noodles and asked for garlic powder or garlic salt and I would fix it at the table after making the poor waitress go back 2x to try to compromise the order. To everyone’s surprise when the food came out everyone’s food was pretty perfect… including the child’s butter garlic noodles. We were all very happy. We ordered chicken parmigiana, pasta with meatballs, egg plan Parmesan, linguine with white clams sauce (asked for it spicy and no issues with that request…), and a shrimp pasta dish. The warm bread was also very fresh and delicious. The negative besides the chef incident would be that the salads use iceberg and are very minimalistic for the price. I gave mine away to someone at the table. All in all giving them 5 starts because they eventually made my child’s meal, and for a table of 10 people to love their dishes… that’s pretty excellent. But to the chef; please don’t get so upset about orders… I was ready to give 1 star review but the waitresses service and the ultimate delivery of the food we ordered saved...

Having heard nothing but wonderful things about Bella Napoli and wishing to give my wife an authentic Italian meal for our 10th wedding anniversary I made plans. I knew what I wished to order at the urging of a longtime patron and had been looking forward to the penne arrabiatta for weeks. When we arrived it was near empty and we were ushered to our table by a nice young girl with blonde hair, I don't recall her name. She was very nice taking our order and in getting our food out to us but that's where my disappointment comes in. My wife had ordered a glass of wine and I a glass of ice water which I genuinely enjoy with a meal and especially with as spicy a dish as I had ordered. I had finished my glass over bread and conversation and asked for a refill when our entrees were brought to us. We began to eat and enjoy ourselves before realizing I'd not gotten another drink. I patiently waited for our waitress to come round again. I placed my napkin beside my plate to signal that I'd stopped eating. After my food gone cold my wife finally had to walk to the kitchen and request another drink (she had long finished her own by now). I did not get a drink until I requested our check. I had my now cold entree boxed up and we paid our bill. I was hoping to give my wife a nice meal that would invoke memories of her family. I'd looked forward to a dish that was sold to me as a dish from the God's. I instead got no drink with a dinner that is inarguably the spiciest dish in the Italian chef's wheelhouse. I have never considered walking out due to poor service and I decided to pay anyways and not let it ruin our evening. However, such a silly thing was only made worse by horrible service. The food we did eat was delicious to...
