Read moreFriendly service and considering the number of people and cars, they got through everyone pretty quickly. Window girl was friendly and asked lots of questions making sure everything was right and that I had what I needed. Waited a moment in line but that is to be expected. They got my order correct, unlike the Arby's on Bluff Street which really didn't seem to care one bit. But the 2 fish sandwichs for $6 were small and dry and flat and not worth the money or the actual wait time. And the last time i pay $2.50 for a flat soda. Soda was nasty! Some what disappointing in all. You really should get better and more food for $9.50. Probably won't be returning because of the long lines and sub-par food and high expense for what you get, which isn't much. Definitely not worth it if you have to sit and wait behind 10 cars. There are much better choices! Food for thought! But, if you like waiting behind many cars at a drive-thru window, and are not so picky about quality, then this is the place for you and I suggest that you come here! Best over all Arby's I believe, is on Red Cliffs Drive in St George for quickness, and good quality consistency. Thanks for trying but much room for Improvement! Edit: Thought I would give them another chance. They are new. I went this evening with the same long lines but OMG, this time the line was running straight through the Albertsons parking lot. At the time I didn't realize what they were doing when I came in the side approach and got behind a truck to wait. The line was still wrapping around Arby's. Then all of a sudden I had every SUV yuppie mobile honking and cutting me off. Keep in mind, I had no idea that there was a pause in the line there and then it proceeded far out into the Albertsons parking lot and just kept going. Who'd have thought? This is just an accident waiting to happen. When I realized I had accidentally jumped in line, I tried to leave, I couldn't even back out because they had swarmed me and blocked me out. Nice people, huh, not!. If I'd have known that this was waiting for me, I would never had gone and won't go there again. What a reception from a bunch of hostile people. Enjoy your wait in line!! I went to another Arbys. . No one in line there. Had my food in 3 minutes of ordering - delicious! Took 5 minutes to get there. This latter part really is not the fault of arby's though. I just really wonder where civility has gone today? It's definitely not found in an Arby's parking lot line. I hope Albertson's takes notice and starts charging usage access fees for the use of their property like this. This is Albertsons property not Arby's or the likes of these hateful people who think you might gain one up on them. Pathetic showing of human nature. We can do better than...
It took about 5 minutes for them to notice me when I came in and stood by the register. In the mean time they enjoyed laughing about how long it was taking for them to get food to the drive through customers. I had my kids with me and the employees were using foul language loudly in the kitchen. I should have left when they made derogatory comments about a Hispanic gentleman waiting in the drive through, but that was after I ordered and was waiting for my food.
This isn't an exaggeration... the employees should probably be trained on how much customers in the lobby can hear... and when there are customers waiting at the register. The lobby floor was dirty and there weren't many tables that were clean despite having only one other customer. It's sad that this nice, brand new restaurant is being run into the ground by poor employees and management.
But... at least the food...

The long wait times for food must be high enough that you're attempting to make drive up times "look good" (under six minutes) by having customers park away from the window to await their food. Every time! It would be one thing if other orders were ready behind a car at the window. But on one visit, there were FOUR of us (vehicles) parked away from the window, awaiting our orders, and no other cars were awaiting in the lane.
I don't know of any other drive-thru restaurant that makes vehicles move out of the lane only to have employees bring out every order. What's the point of a drive thru?? What if you mess up an order, forget sauces, etc., and now the customer has to park and go inside, instead of resolving it at the window like normal? Seems like lousy...
