Well let me just say that this is how customer service is done the Jersey Mike's store number 42028 at Dyno Crossing the management including the corporate folks and the owners have taken such good care of me I am a Avid Jersey Mike's fan I've even gotten one of my kids hired at one of their stores and I have to say that if this store specifically I'd like to give a shout out to everybody that works there and specially Mandy in corporate how well she takes care of her customers every single one regardless of if you have a small issue or a big problem the communication was prompt and she works tirelessly to make sure that I was a happy customer to come back and have my order made right has even gone out of her way to mail me a few free sub cards I am honorably and genuinely sincerely pleased with the service at this and other stores in Saint George and Up North Orem Provo Areas THANK YOU MANDY! There is a very friendly, professional, fun atmosphere in this store. All of the employees are very friendly and hard-workers, with Great attitudes. Food was excellent. So tasty. The manager, Casey, was yelled at by an angry foreigner, that didn't speak English very well, really cussing up a storm and not wanting to pay for the food their family just received because he said that the employees had made fun of his wife. He hadn't heard what the employee said, but he knew it was making fun of his wife. He yelled and yelled and refused to pay for a long time. But Casey talked to the man so patiently, offered an apology. He told the man that he hadn't heard what the employee had actually said, and assured the man that he had not been talking bad about his wife. I usually love Jersey Mike’s!! But tonight I went and ordered a cheesesteak with a few modifications. I ordered a regular 99 no bell peppers, I got double meat with steak and chicken, and I switched the Jalapeños for CPR.. This sandwich comes out to nearly $18, I knew that going in and I’m ok with that. But when I got home nearly 20 minutes later, I opened the sandwich to see it LOADED with Bell Peppers! I don’t know if this was honest confusion or someone on the grill just being a jerk. No big deal I can understand mistakes, I called the store to see if they can fix it. THE FIRST 5 TIMES I called the phone was picked up and hung up immediately after, ok maybe it’s an issue with the phone. Finally someone answered, I explained the situation and asked if they could remake it. They said they couldn’t because it is past 8:30 and too close to closing time. Wow!! Ok!! Come on...
