Good Customer Service makes food taste better. Bad customer service ruins one’s appetite. We were treated horrible today. No peanuts for the Thai so we asked if we could substitute feta instead- you said it would be extra. So we asked what could we substitute and we chose free cranberries. Then you charged us $4 for adding greens to my extra soggy noodle dish. They had a lot of left over and placed it under the counter. When I asked what they do with it they said “we throw it out”. No curtesy to treat me like a human being. They don’t like when you stand and watch them they ask you to sit down and that they will call you when it’s ready. If you are opening a second location I’d reconsider how you treat people that frequent your establishment. This wasn’t about the extra food for more money, anyone who has money to drop $30 on two salads isn’t worried about $2. It was about your tone, disrespect and altogether ungratefulness. Still no apology. You are right we have been nice. We liked your food. But after the third visit enough is enough. 99% of successful businesses apologize and offer something to bring their customers back. Learn how to run a business.
UPDATE. The business owner did acknowledge his poor customer service and actually recognized us upon entering in to his new location. He comped one of our meals and gave us a cookie as an apology. I moved this review from 1 star to 4 ⭐️ hoping it will continue to flourish with good food and excellent...
Read moreExtremely deceiving restaurant. Very high reviews, but you show up and it's attached to a gas station. The chicken seemed like it was obviously frozen Tyson chicken or something similar. I hate to say it but it looks and tastes like they just slop some low quality "healthy" ingredients in a bowl and charge you the same price as a legitimate healthy restaurant. I'm guessing all of their equipment is ready to be picked up and moved at any moment when the lease ends just based on how everything looks inside.
I ordered a Baja Bowl, my girlfriend paid $14 for a Mega Protein Salad with chicken and avocado. Cashier will ask you if you want guac, but not tell you that it's extra. He gave me a dirty look when I asked if it was extra and then told him I no longer wanted it added. My bowl came out half full and was 80% rice and cheese with barely any meat.
My girlfriend paid the extra for the guac/avocado (over two dollars more) and didn't even finish her salad. For both dishes, the overall flavor of the food was a 5.5/10.
The reviews on this place are great, but when your bowl comes out in 45 seconds I guess you can only expect so much. Maybe the smoothies are better.
Summary: steer clear of Mixed Greens and opt for a more mainstream "healthy" place that has their...
Read moreI want to give this place an 8/5 oh my gosh it is INCREDIBLE! SO TASTY THAT WE CAME BACK TWICE IN OUR THREE DAY STAY AT ST GEORGE! My boyfriend & I are visiting from AZ, & its hard for me to find a place to eat bc i have many food intolerances. We showed up to the place & saw it was connected to the gas station next door, and started to get skeptical. In az the only gas station combo restaurants are subway, mcdonalds, & burger king, so we were a little weary! After heading inside, it took us forever (in a good way) to read the menu, there's just so many options! AND they're mostly Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Egg Free, etc! i had one of the plates, with steak, white rice, brussels sprouts, & herb mashed potatoes. it was CRAZY GOOD. I was loving it so much that even after I was full, I was still attempting to eat more! My boyfriend had a bowl & a smoothie &he was JUST AS SATISFIED!! two days later we came back again, I got the same dish but swapped the brussels for beans! so good! my boyfriend had an Açaí Bowl and it was massive, and gorgeous!!! And the best part, the staff is super friendly and they're great to talk to! This place deserves ratings better than allowed. YOU HAVE...
