Utah Tech Testing Center — Local services in Saint George

The staff was nice. However during my TIMED exam, (the most important exam of my career), I was Interrupted all because I didn’t place my license and keys “the proper way on the tray.” It’s like I totally understand it’s part of the regulations and all, but the lady could of at least have given me this warning during my break, not while during my TIMED exam. I am literally in focus mode, concentrating and making sure I answer every question in a timely manner. Being interrupted, jeopardizes my time, and concentration & result. In addition, I can hear the staff members chatting even when I’m in the testing room, only one bathroom. Not worth it going back. Super lack of...

I was studying for my test all day and got here at 6pm to take a remote proctored test. The CPUs were all down that had cameras on them so they said to go to the school library and take it. The library closes at 7pm and there was no communication between them so the library people had no idea what to do. You would think they would be told about this situation and prepared accordingly. Every time I have entered the testing center this year I have found that there are few staff members that have no customer service skills. They fail to greet you when you enter and are not pleasant when getting information for a test. I am already nervous for the test I'm taking the last thing I need to add to that stress is bent out of shape workers who feel like it is a burden to be there.
