Nick The Greek — Restaurant in Saint George

Pro-tip: do not order from Uber eats. If you can get there, just pick it up. Uber eats adds $2 to each menu item FOR NO REASON. But this is not an Uber eats review. The food is absolutely delicious. I got the beef/lamb gyro with extra meat and a side of fries and a tiny hummus. That cost me about $27 after tax on Uber eats. It probably would’ve been about $22 if I had picked it up. That’s still a little too pricy, considering the portion sizes. It’s a regular sized gyro even with the extra meat.The $4 fries is in a takeout container and probably amounts to large McDonald’s fry. But it tastes like in and out fries, but a little more soggy. Those fries would be better if they were double fried. They have a nice oregano seasoning on them, but lacked salt. Would I try them again? Absolutely. The food is fresh and tasty, even though it’s a bit pricey. I look forward to trying other menu options. They had a nice customized Uber eats sticker, but it would be better if they used it to seal the bag. We had a great experience dining here! The staff were very friendly and helpful — they even took the time to clarify which items are halal. Based on what we confirmed with them, the halal-safe options include: • Froyo (frozen yogurt) • Pita bread • All vegetarian items (like falafel and veggies) • Gyro Chicken and BIL (Beef & Lamb)

The place itself is spotless — from the dining area to the restrooms. The restrooms were very clean, which we really appreciated. There’s also lovely Greek music playing in the background, which adds to the relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.

Don’t leave without trying their Dubai Chocolate Greek Frozen Yogurt — it was rich, smooth, and absolutely delicious.

Who’s Nick? There’s little Nick and Big Nick and they started a fast food modern concept of Greek food favs which is a chain and franchise new to the St. George area. Our neighbors down south in Las Vegas/Nevada already have their Nick the Greek and same with CA and AZ. Their 2nd Utah location is coming soon to Jordan.

Our dinner order included: Beef/Lamb Gyro, GRECIAN BEEFTEKI BURGER, 2 kids meals: Chicken, fries, pita, with a drink, and purchased a side order of hummus after we received the food order. This was a rip off for a small sample cup size. It really should be included with the meal. Pepsi soda fountain with pomegranate dragon fruit drink. For dessert we shared a baklava.

All in all, great location, fast food that’s healthier, slightly pricey for what you get, wish the Greek yogurt machine was working, would come back to try...
