*July 21, 2025 UPDATE!! At lunch today I sat in the back overflow area as it was much quieter. To my utter SHOCK, 2 middle aged women waltzed in with their DOG!! This wasn't a seeing eye dog or any kind of specially trained dog, it was a damn Yorkie Foo-Foo dog! They walked it in on a leash with a little vest-harness (as if that makes it official!) and sit in the very corner, where they stash the dog behind their feet. Each woman took turns going to the buffet while the other kept an eye on their dog. They gave the dog food from their hands the entire time they were there. Besides making me angry (that the management didn't have the courage to kick them out--and yes, they KNEW the dog was there!), it made me gaggy as the women ate from the fingers they used to feed their dog!! Ewww! REMINDER: IT IS ILLEGAL TO BRING A DOG INTO A RESTAURANT *UNLESS IT IS A SEVICE ANIMAL. --"Emotional Support animals are NOT (NOT!!!!) SERVICE ANIMALS!!!" ATTENTION: Definition of a Service Animal: Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that is individually trained to perform tasks that assist a person with a disability. When it's not obvious what service the animal provides, businesses may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. I will await a response from the MNGMT or OWNER, until that time, I suggest if you have pet allergies or dog phobia etc. that you avoid this place. The rest of my review from earlier is still true, but I felt this update was well warranted.
Parking at this location is AWEFUL. Easy enough to get in, but nightmare to park and then "exit" to road afterward. The food here is decent. You don't feel like you've eaten a lot of processed food when you're done, but, you're certainly not going to tell your friends this was a "tasty" place to eat! Ironically, the salad bar(s) are of the best parts of this buffet, tho most of the fares are poured from buckets into smaller containers for customers to scoop up. All of the dressings are fresh tasting, if not made in house. The chicken recipes are nice, tender and crispy when supposed to be. Their "Chinese" options are really, really bad! The rice is bloated and off color, never looking like it just came from a rice cooker, more like waxy maggots visually. Meatloaf and carving stations are fairly good. They serve an excellent cornbread, unfortunately it only comes out 4 slices at a time, so you're lucky to get some. Avoid pizza, french-fries and artificial honey packets. The rolls/buns are usually warm and buttery. Be prepared to pay approx $17 per person (includes drink), with tip $20+. Is it worth it? It depends: if you're in a hurry AND the parking lot isn't crammed full, AND you're hungry enough to mete the cost, then yes. However, if you're in your 20s-30s and like a more lively crowd, then no; try...
Read moreComing from Vegas, a buffet for the prices given here is a steal. The dinner buffet was right around $18-19 for adults and our two kids (ages 3 and 1) were free. We figured this would be a great dinner option after a long day out exploring.
There are a lot of options here from the two salad bars, meat station, shrimp and fish, fried chicken, lots of sides, two dessert stations, soup, and drinks you can get as much as you'd like yourself. The food is pretty decent for the price. I wouldn't say it's mind blowing or even THAT good, but for the price, I can definitely eat $20s worth of food here. I personally love the seafood options and the bread. The fried chicken isn't very good, I've been several times and each time it's very dry and flavorless. There are a lot of kid friendly options as well. My daughter can really fill up here for no charge.
Service is not good. It's a good thing they have the drinks, napkins, and silverware available for grabs within the buffet line because if we counted on them for it all, we would never get it. We were greeted and asked for drinks after quite a long time, when you are a first time diner it's a little confusing knowing if I can grab my own drinks or not. I asked a server once for a small milk for my daughter and she forgot.
The place itself is kind of chaotic and messy. It does take a while for tables to be cleaned off. If it's busy you may be circling around for a clean table for a bit.
Overall for the price, I do think it's worth returning. I like that the price includes drinks and that my kids eat free until they are 5. Their Apple soda is...
Read moreThere were a few kids, under age 10, that were at the buffet and picking up food with their hands and not using the utensils that are provided. The parents did not accompany their children to any of the buffet stations. None of the wait staff told the kids, that they need to bring their parent with them to the buffet stations. So much food was handled and not changed out. I asked a wait staff and was told that when they see kids playing with the food at buffet stations, that food is taken away and fresh food is brought back out. Unfortunately, that isn't true, I sat and watched these kids handle food, at the buffet stations, pick up food and put it back, the food wasn't picked up by wait staff and fresh food wasn't brought out. There should definitely be signs, at all stations that children must be accompanied by an adult and when wait staff seat anyone with children, the wait staff can tell the parents that children are not allowed to be at the buffet stations, unless accompanied by an adult and the adult is the only one to handle the utensils and put the food on a child a plate. A wait staff person should be assigned to each buffet station to make sure there are no kids touching or playing with the food. When paying $15.99 per person and have to walkout, due to someone else's unaccompanied, rude and misbehave kids. There is something wrong with this whole...
