Firehouse Subs Red Rock Commons — Restaurant in Saint George

I was severely disappointed, the store was not busy, two of our orders were completely wrong, they were out of meatballs ,they were out of the corned beef, it sounds like the GM does not know how to do his job, if you going to support these restaurants during these times they can't even get your order right and it's a terrible thing, you spend good money thinking that you're trying to do a good service and support your local restaurants and pubs for their food and it is a big disappointment. they cannot get your orders right, I do not understand this, it just upsets me , this was my first visit........ If you spend the time and read the reviews there's a lot of problems with cleanliness, then there's issues with food and people not getting their orders right and all's management says thank you will take the store owner and make things right with management,not one comment of saying come back in will give you another sandwich to try the funny thing is you spend your time your money your gas to go to these places to get your food wrong and then they don't even make it right with you you're just a number or a review and management could care less about what's going on. like one of the reviews said I think he would have a better time at Subway, or Jimmy John's, I hate to relieve reviews like this but when you go in the store and you spend $50 and most your orders wrong it's a terrible thing oh, my son would not even eat his sandwich, a waste of money a waste of time and a waste of management even to leave a review to say sorry about your experience at our store, we will talk to somebody about it, nothing about making things right....,......... They got their money hahaha on you , go elsewhere is my advice,the only thing I got that's good about this , I get to give part of my money to the people who do things right in this world, and their heart is genuine I appreciate their services and loyalties and what they do for our country, God bless...

I used to love going to Firehouse subs, but its been declining in every aspect for a while. It took 3 different employees to ring us up. Not a big deal to us, but seemed like they need more training. Sandwiches were subpar, drink machine was out of several drinks & seemed to be for a while. It was covered in syrup & if you touched any part of it your hand became all sticky. When I tried changing up my drink option when I realized the drink I selected was just carbonated water, the option I got next tasted more like detergent than soda. Our tables were dirty, so we wiped them down with a wet wipe. After a few wipes, it had black grime on it, looking like its the first time in a while it had been cleaned. When we were leaving, all the garbage were overflowing. The employees saw us looking for a garbage that wasn't over-filled & told to just leave it all on the counter by the napkins & straws. I understand about staffing issues & have a lot of patience right now for that, but two employees went outside to eat a sandwich while we were there & there were still at least 3 standing behind the counter with no other customers. Wow! When I went into Firehouse subs I immediately felt a sense of belonging and love! As soon as I entered the firehouse property I was greeted by two lovely young men named Jed and Will! They welcomed me with a funny “Welcome to Firehouse Subs” song and warm smiles. When I walked up to the cash register a big young man named Reece complimented my outfit and asked me what I would like to order. He was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process. The whole crew made and delivered my confusing order swiftly. Once they handed me my food, lo and behold my sub was perfect. Absolutely perfect. I took a bite and I heard a chorus of angels singing and bells ringing. Near the end of the sandwich I needed a new pair of pants it was so good! 😩 After I was done eating, Jed, the young man working there, offered to help me clean up. Very very kind! On the way out of the building they all said “have a great night!” That was easily the greatest restaurant experience I’d ever had! Made the rest of my day so great and I definitely want to go back when those guys...
