My family and I are in the area to visit Zion. We stopped nearby for breakfast, and when we saw the bubble tea sign we decided to get one for the road. First, the service was exceptionally poor. The girl taking orders was more concerned about visiting with her friends than customer service. She wasnāt paying attention to any other customers so she didnāt notice when another person stepped in front of us and proceeded to take his order before us. I get that someoneās having a party, how awesome, but in my experience all customers should be treated with courtesy regardless if you know them personally or not. Call me crazy. Second, there was no actual tea involved in the ābubble tea.ā The drink is a pre-made mix that is scooped from a can containing who knows what and put into a blender. Call it something else, but please donāt call that tea. Third, the boba itself was a congealed clump of a mess. Iāve had bubble tea from a dozen different places and I make it myself at home. Iāve never had all of the pearls stick together in a giant clot that wouldnāt even go through a straw. Completely disappointing experience. I encourage any Utah residents to drive to Vegas if this is the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreComing from an international family ive had a lot of boba tea in my life. But never before have i had boba tea that tasted like toe jam mixed with sour rotten milk. Overall our experience was horrendous. First, when we tried to place our order the lady at the cash register tried to convince us that blended boba was the original. She was calling the other type of drink a latte. When we tried to correct our order she said āthats ok ill let them know in the back.ā She however did not let them know so our order came out with multiple things we did not order. When we told them that the drinks were wrong both the cashier and the women making our drinks were extremely rude. When we finally did get an adaptation to our original order ( they didnt want to remake two of the drinks so we just kept them) we headed to our car. Overall this process took 25 minutes. All of that would be bad enough. But after popping in our straws and taking the first sip everyone in our car fealt the need to hurl. All four of the drinks were absolutely rubbish. We would reccomend that if you want a boba tea from this place that you first sear off all of...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePlease please get on doordash! Americans are becoming more lazy everyday, people are choosing drive throughs over going into a better restaurant just because of convenience. Doordash is huge here in St. George. Every other smoothie shop is on there, but none of them compare to Orange peel. I would order several times a week if doordash was an option here. Instead I go once a month or so because it's so inconvenient to drive all the way over there and get out of my car, and walk in, and sit and wait for just 1 smoothie. I've set up doordash before for one of my companies in Idaho Falls. It takes maybe an hour to add the whole menu and set everything up. I will literally spend an hour setting it up for you if that's what it takes. I just need this to happen! Oh also you need an "open" sign. Your windows are tinted, so at night time driving by, you can't tell the lights are on, and there's no...
