Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Saint George

I got to the shop really close to closing time and was given the choice to buy a few different premade pizzas for a discounted price. This was a nice surprise and bought a type of pizza the we normally don't get. With the discounted price I thought we could try something new! Thank you! I had to give 4 stars because when I drove up in the parking lot and could see into the store, out of the 5 employees working only 1 person had their mask on. Don't get me wrong they all had masks they just weren't wearing them around all the food that is on the pizza making line. There was a shift manager/supervisor who walked into the area where the employees were that were not wearing their masks and did not appear to have said anything because no one put their mask on even in his presence. I guess that was to be expected because the shift manager/supervisor did have his mask on, in fact he didn't even have a mask with him. Employees follow by example. As soon as I walked into the store everyone put their masks on minus the supervisor, he didn't even have one with him. When I got to the counter I told the employees that I was smiling under my mask and I had a silly question. I asked something to the effect of "who knew if only wearing a mask when customers are in the store defeated a large part of the reason why you wear a mask around food?" I raised my hand. No one else did, I really didn't expect them to lol lol but the supervisor mumbled something under his breath but wouldn't repeat it when I said I didn't hear what he said. I know they heard my words about wearing masks around food but have no idea if they got the message. Good pizza, good price, lousy...

I like how you can order the kind of crust you want, warm it up at home so it is fresh when you are ready for it. I ordered the cowboy pizza with the thin crust. I like that they are not skimpy on the toppings. One of the times when they handed it to me I felt it needed more onions and olives and they happily (without any grief), opened it up and put more toppings on it without charging me more. I also love the smores dessert pizza. It is very yummy. The streusel or granola on top makes it very tasty. I love that I can order ahead online and it is ready when I arrive. This made it so much easier to go in and pick it up. My husband always gets excited when he sees the plastic on the counter because he knows what is in the oven. I also enjoyed the salad that we ordered. My only suggestion is to ask for the lettuce to be cut in smaller pieces, it came with such big pieces of lettuce. I also loved the dressing...

On Christmas Eve we ordered a Chicago style pizza and a pepperoni pizza and when we got there they gave us our pizzas and when we got home we noticed that there were only 2 pepperonis so we called them and they said they were closing but they will put down that they owe us a free Chicago style. So we went back to get out Chicago style and they said that only a pepperoni was free but they still charged us for the pepperoni so we were supposed to get a Chicago style for free but they changed it to a free pepperoni but then charged us for the “free” pepperoni. Their customer service needs some serious work cause they were super disrespectful when we tried to get it figured out. You can’t promise something then go back on your word...
