
The worst service I have ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings is this location in Saint George, UT. The restaurant was not busy at the time we went. We had a table of 9. We had sat for a bit before the waiteress came over to get our drink order. She skipped my son and I at the end of the table and we had to track her down to get a drink ordered. We were ordering appetizers and asked for that to be placed when we were ordering our drinks. While waiting we were noticing tables she was working with as well. These tables came in after us. Yes, we had a large group however we should have had our drinks before others that came in 5-10 minutes after us. Slowly, after about 35-45 minutes if waiting for our food one by one our food is coming out. When everyone but me got the food, she asked are we missing anything else. To me that indicated to say we are missing my meal. She came over and said if you look in the kitchen (which we were facing) it's not a fast-food kitchen very rudely (should have never been said to a customer in the first place). I continued to wait about another 10-15 minutes. Our waitress never came back to check on us or to see if I got my meal. I wait to another employee and ask for a manager to come to my table. I explained what was going on and let him know how unprofessional she was. He went back to the kitchen and had them cook it up right away. While it was cooking the waitress questions me twice asking like i am lying about getting my food. Finally, my food comes out. Of course, the experience is ruined from horrible customer service. While I was eating a server brought out two wings and said here is an extra two... the cooks came out to the area and looked around. I honestly think the cooks did something to them and hoping I would eat them... which I did not. The manager was very kind and made it right with discounts. Read moreI just had the absolute worst experience at this location in St. George. I try to check in online about two hours before the restaurant closed at 6 PM. I then receive a text message back a few minutes later and say that they don’t accept online reservations. I think to myself then why do they have the option to do online reservations? I think it is weird, however I still go over to the restaurant to try to get in and get my table waited for. I get to the restaurant just before 7 PM. Upon arrival I wait in line for a good 10 to 15 minutes for the server to even acknowledge that I was there. Once the server comes over, A shorter darker hair woman, I bit younger. She asked me if I have received my text. I responded that I received a text from the online reservation system saying that they don’t accept reservations. She then tells me after looking down at her iPad that she had two employees call out sick today and because of that they can’t let me in with my spouse and baby. Honestly it wouldn’t have been too big of a problem if I hadn’t just waited there, been told that the online system didn’t work, or had the 15 people in front of me go in before I was told I can’t because that they have no servers. However I am looking in the restaurant I can see about 10 open tables with nobody sitting there. What great customer service that is to tell people that you can’t help me because you don’t have the staff there. Why do they not put a close sign on the door? Honestly, any other establishment would have figured it out whether they had one employee there or 10 there. Read moreWe ordered online last night at 9pm. They ended up changing the time to 11:15am for the next day After we paid. We called them to tell them it switched the time and day on us. They said it changed times because they were almost closing. Which made sense. We had them cancel the order all together.
Today we tried ordering from them again. online for pick up this time at 6:40pm to make sure it wasn’t near closing time.
They brought it out. We bit into the food and it tasted like it had been sitting out all day.
We looked at the receipt.
They ended up giving us food that had been sitting out for 8 hours. The receipt even said 11:15am that was on the bag.
Instead of throwing away the 11:15am order because no one showed up to pick up the order because we canceled it. They ended up serving us food that has been sitting out for 8 hours....
I went to tell the manager they gave us food that had been sitting out for 8 hours which you could clearly tell just by looking at the food. She didn’t open the food to look at it and see.
She just told us they don’t do that. She said they throw out food every two hours.
Right as she is saying that they come out with our other order..... The order it should have been for 6:40pm. That was hot and freshly made. It looked fresh.
