If you're in the mood for some mouth-watering Mexican cuisine, I highly recommend checking out Durango's Mexican Grill. From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that's perfect for enjoying a delicious meal with family and friends.
In terms of food, I have to say that Durango's is in a league of its own. While I've enjoyed meals at other Mexican restaurants in the past, such as Kevin Rios, I have to say that Durango's surpasses them all. Every dish I've tried here has been bursting with flavor, and I can tell that the chefs truly care about using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
One of the standout experiences I had at Durango's was when I ordered a salad. To my surprise, they added extra meat to it without charging me anything extra. I was blown away by this gesture of generosity, and it really exemplified the level of care and attention that this restaurant puts into each and every dish.
Aside from the delicious food, Durango's also boasts a fantastic ambiance that's perfect for relaxing and enjoying your meal. Whether you prefer to dine indoors or outdoors, there's plenty of seating available to accommodate any size group. The decor is tastefully done, with beautiful artwork and Mexican-inspired accents that give the space a welcoming and authentic feel.
Another thing that really stood out to me during my visit was the exceptional service. The staff at Durango's went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a memorable one, from making recommendations on menu items to checking in regularly to make sure everything was up to par.
Overall, I can't recommend Durango's Mexican Grill enough. Whether you're in the mood for some classic Mexican favorites or you're looking to try something new and exciting, you're sure to find something to love at this fantastic restaurant. So why not stop by and see for yourself what all the fuss is about? I promise you won't be...

I had previously written the negative review below. I quickly received a response from the manager, and we communicated about my experience via text. I was very pleased with the energy he put into making my negative experience right, and for spending time understanding my experience and clarifying their policy. He asked how he could make it right. After he offered to comp my meal if I wanted to give it another try, I went back. I didn't tell them it was me before I ordered, so I had a untainted experience. I am happy to report my return to the restaurant was very different. They took great care to make sure it wasn't contaminated and everyone was very knowledgeable about gluten free options, and I was given alternative choices. It was a much better experience, and if that would have been my first experience they would have earned five stars. So I'm updating my review to reflect that. He really went above and beyond, and it was truly great customer service. Thanks for fixing your mistake Durango's. I wouldn't hesitate to return again.
Previous review: The food was good and I appreciated the knowledge of gluten free options. However, I am not sure why a gluten free salad cost me $1 more when I got less food. It’s the exact same salad except without the tortilla and tortilla strips, and I got no beans as well. So you actually are getting less food but because they labeled it gluten free it cost me a $1 more. Make it make sense. Super frustrating. I’ll be sticking with Costa Vida and recommend all GF peeps to do the same. Oh and by the way, I asked and no one could explain why, and there wasn’t a manager available. I know it’s only $1, but it’s the principle. Even if you change .10 gloves I’m still getting less food so that's no reason to up charge based...
Read moreHere’s the long and short of it. Is the food good? Yes. Just don’t ever get delivery or else it will be wrong. This has been an ongoing issue for well over two years now and it has not gotten better. I’ve been tracking it with all my orders at they are running just over a 60% success rate with correct orders on delivery. The craziest part is that I actually have a saved note that autofills when I reorder because it happens so often and even with that note that basically tells them to look at the order, they still mess that up. It’s either wrong ingredient or missing side/sauce. I’ve never been missing a meal. I’ve had the entirely wrong order once but that shares fault with the dasher. But good lord is it wild how often orders are messed up. The food is delicious…..when they get it right. I’m now done with my lengthy experiment and stat tracking. It just sucks that I can no longer order Durangos using Door Dash. I was in the food industry for a solid 15 years and I know mistakes happen. But consistent issues of repetitive nature are not mistakes. That’s just poor execution. And when they mess up will they make it right? Absolutely. But I’m tired of having to call to have them make it right and it completely defeats the purpose of delivery. And if they mess up my order that frequently, then I’m in shock what their total incorrect order count is. So now I won’t be able to have Durangos often at all since we have to Dine In if we want to get the...
