I don’t like leaving bad reviews but we are not happy with the service on our ring. It started out great they were super nice and we told them what we wanted and they were super helpful. We brought my wife’s wedding band and engagement ring in to be fused together. Pretty simple job and they had a good price so we left it with them. We got the text to come pick it up and we were excited! But when we got there to pick up and the band and ring weren’t aligned. They were way off, very noticeable and so we say something to the guy and he takes it in the back to “fix it” so rather than cutting the welds and properly welding it back together in line he just try’s to bend it back. And in doing so pops out one of the turquoise stones. He doesn’t notice this though and brings it back to us and the first thing we notice is that it’s still not in line and now it’s missing a stone!! So we have to leave it with them for longer because he has to find our stone and put it back in. Luckily they found it and we also asked them to please properly fix the alignment. They did not. They put the stone back in and glued it. Then left it not aligned and gave us a spill that these rings are impossible to get exactly aligned and there’s nothing we could do about it but I myself have gotten this ring closer to center and know you could get it better if they would have just properly welded it in the first place. I just don’t understand how a quality jeweler could bring us a ring in the first place that was not aligned at all. On top of all this they still...

I would give a 10 out of 5 if possible. Jonny Roxx is the man. He is so awesome! My fiancé had a very specific ring that we tried to custom design with another jeweler and it just did not work out the way we wanted. I decided to call Jonny because I’d met him a few years back and see what he was able to do. Not only did he nail the design perfectly, but he also saved me thousands of dollars from what the other place was charging me! The very best part is we were working with a tough deadline because I wanted to propose on the beach while we were on a family trip in Florida. You’re not going to believe this, but when Jonny put the finishing touches on the ring in LA, instead of flying back to St. George he flew all the way out to Orlando to meet me there with the ring so that I could have my perfect proposal. It turns out he has some family there too and made a trip out of it. Absolutely amazing service, mind blowing. This simple review does not do justice to how wonderful this experience was, and how eternally grateful my fiancé and I are to Jonny. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. I came to have my engagement ring adjusted. The most important ring of my life. I chose this place based on the reviews, but I regret it. They charged me twice the price they charged me the last time my fiancé had it adjusted, and they still didn't adjust it correctly. It's literally "dancing" on my finger. When I came back 30 minutes after picking up the ring to show how loose it still was, they wanted to charge me for another full service. Super frustrating. Now I paid $96 for a ring that I still can't wear every day comfortably. The least they could have done was to adjust it again without charging me, because the professional should know how it works, not me, as the client, who's paying for an expensive service, on top of everything else. And NO she never mentioned anything about the other option in the first moment and many important details that she only told me after the work was completely done about my ring style and how loose can get.
