I really miss this place, it has one of the yummiest homemade ice creams I have tasted in a long time. I love the Mint with Local Mackinaw Fudge. This place is small but has plenty of outdoor seating. It's actually one of the perfect spots, for viewing Summer fireworks on the lake. The place also seems dirty and messy, but I didn't notice anything unhygienic. The place isn't clear to spot from the road, it blends in line of building with same height. Very yummy ice cream! It was busy at all but one of the employees definitely seemed annoyed we were asking for samples before deciding what to buy. Would have been happier if they just told us samples weren't allowed, which I would have totally understood. Felt very rushed, despite there being no one else there buying ice cream. Nonetheless, the ice cream was delicious and I'd say it was my favorite waffle cone of all the places we'd visited all week. We got the peanut butter fudge...

Searched out this place as we were looking for a classic banana split. Sampled the excellent banana split - the hot fudge and pineapple toppings were particularly good along with vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice creams, strawberry topping, chopped nuts, whipped cream, and a cherry. Yummmmm!
