Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Joseph Charter Township

What a terrible experience at this Domino's location. The 2 pizzas I ordered were made incorrectly. One was missing toppings and the other pizza had unrequested toppings. I called to get the pizzas remade and was told to bring in the incorrect ones. Odd request, but I assumed they needed proof that they were indeed made incorrectly. I showed them the wrong pizzas and got given the correct ones. The lady then started to carry away the "bad" pizzas, so I asked if they get thrown away. She answered "yes." I asked if I could then take them home to feed my dog, especially if the pizzas would end in the trash anyway. She tried to back peddle saying an employee could take them home, but who would want to take home a pizza with a bite mark in it? I said how wasteful that is and how I've never had an issue get handled like this at any other Domino's. She just looked at me and threw the pizzas on a cart.

Based on that interaction and horrible experience, it makes more sense to request a refund for screwed up pizzas. You'd at least be able to get money back, reorder the pizza, and keep the messed up ones to feed to a pet or donate to a friend.

So, I received 2 incorrect pizzas, had to drive all the way back to Domino's to pick up the replacements, didn't get offered any type of coupon or offered to have an employee come deliver the pizza (nothing that required them to put energy into their mistake, the burden was on me), and then left knowing the incorrect ones were getting pitched. I will do my best to keep this as brief, short, and concise as possible. I would like to start this off by saying that as a Jet’s Pizza Employee, I have garnered several years of experience in the pizza industry. After a while, you get tired of the same Little Caesar’s pizza, so I decided to try Domino’s. I should mention that I have never eaten a pizza before in my life, so I asked the active manager what she recommended. Her name tag said “Heather,” but her face said “Samantha.” So let’s call her Samantha. Samantha’s luscious, flowing, golden hair reminded me of Goldie Locks. Anyone who knows Goldie Locks knows of her good taste in food, so I was ready to listen to any recommendations she had. She told me to get the Italian Sub. I told her I was American and she blankly stared into my soul for about 17 seconds. I told her it was a joke and she forced out a little chuckle. Realizing I was I mediate my customer-zones, I decided to shoot my shot elsewhere. A bearded man in shorts walked by and I knew it was my chance. I stopped him and asked how long he had worked at the establishment. In a similar fashion as Samantha, he stared at me. Inevitably, I acknowledged the fact that I was ugly. This dominos obviously does not understand labor laws, they don’t care about our kids that are still in school, nor do they care about doctors notes or anything else, they have many kids that work for them since this is a job for a high schooler, and all of them have left causing this place to shut down due to lack of staff, they are a company that not only uses child labor but also abuses their child labor!! Kids that are still in school are only to work a maximum of 25-30 hours whilst they had my son working 5 days a week at almost 40+ hours, he may be 18 but every kid deserves the right to graduate, and they have stripped my son of that privilege as they had him working more then he could handle with a full school schedule on his senior year!! To be honest I think that this should be investigated, managment and higher ups fired, and the entire corporation investigated!! This is not a communist country and dominos has lost my business forever and I ask that you may boycott dominoes as well due to their unfair and unrealistic expectations of kids and high school students!! They cost my son his graduation and they should be shut down permenantly!! Thank you for your time and down with dominoes as a company!!
