Ordered 4 coffees and 4 donuts on the app. When I got to the store, they had none of the donuts we ordered (were out by noon apparently) so I asked for a refund of our donut purchase price. I was told no, they couldn't do that. I asked for a gift card for the purchase price of the donuts. I again was told no. I was told they could put my name on a list at the store for a free donut next time but we were traveling through and don't live in the same town.
