I came in the store because my phone wasn't keeping a charge. I walked in, was not greeted, and sat at one of the tables. I waited... I waited longer. Listening to the jabbering of the AT&T employee and the redneck couple next to me. I waited longer. I noticed that people coming in were being greeted and asked their names. Either I am invisible or the employees have no idea of how customer service works. I gave the lady my name and number and told her how long I had been waiting. About thirty minutes at this point. I sat back down on the uncomfortable stool as more customers filed in and were greeted. Some of the employees finished up with their customers and proceeded to the back. I waited..I work in retail and understand the need for patience. I understand that with products like these it takes time, and giving a lot of information to the customer about how the device works.
I sat longer, probably over an hour now, and finally walked up to four employees standing around on their Ipads, their faces mushed in them rather than paying attention to the other customers who were also waiting for assistance. There weren't many people in there, and I wasn't wearing camouflage. I don't believe I possess the ability to turn invisible, and the last time I checked I'm not some dead spirit, walking around on an earthly plain. I asked the four of them if any of them were able to assist me at the moment. They said I was next. Next after all of the customers who had come in well after me. That is craptastic, horrendous customer service. My experience was not good. At one point I started to think I was in some kind of psychology experiment to see how long it would take for me to start screaming obscenities and smashing phones again the walls.
Seriously guys, learn how to talk to your customers rather than keeping your heads buried in those devices you walk around with like some...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe went in during a very busy time, we were acknowledged and checked in, in a timely manner. As we waited for someone to become available, we were checked on multiple times. The wait was not long even though they were busy( few days before Christmas). Our sales rep Michael was very informative, and efficient, making the process a breeze. We didnāt feel pressured at all. He was very good up selling as well. (I used to be in sales so I know thats what he was doingš)Needless to say we have a total of three lines now with AT&T and will be adding two more shortly, not just because the price is right but because Michael did very well in making things clear about switching from out current provider. Overall everyone was friendly and professional, although it was hectic. We didnāt get rushed out the door. The manager on duty was on top of things, I could tell he was the manager before I even asked if he was the manager . Very good staff!!!
Update: We returned to add two more lines as I said we would. The store manager on duty was awesome I didnāt catch her name though! She got us all set up as Michael finished up with other customers. Michael is a rockstar for sure!!! The entire team at this store is the best Iāve seen, every time we enter the store we are taken care of promptly although itās a very busy store.
Update #2... I had to leave a review on ATT website since I can only leave one review through google. I just want to add that Michael strikes again!!!! We added TWO more lines yesterday and Michael was EXCELLENT, he got us in and out quickly, but we had a good time while there. He was training Sam , who is also a great addition!!! Micheal is very professional and knowledgeable, heās a good salesmen but not an overbearing one that just pushes the product. Feel free to read my review on ATT website for...

She told me how much Iād get on my trade-in. I told her I wanted to pretty much pay off the new phone today. So we got the new phone she showed me a little bit about it started transferring things over in the meantime she had me go pick out three items. I got three items I got 20% off. So I got back to the table. She rang the three items up. My phone was transferring things over to the new one. Manager John told Katrina to stop what she was doing. My phone could download itself and she should go wait on other people. So that left me sitting at a table by myself with two phones during the transfer updates. Katrinaās waiting on a new group of people. Iām sitting there thinking what do I do ? John talks to me across the room and tells me if my phone is done I can go. I look at him really puzzled. I said well. What about my trade and he says oh just bring it back. Within 30 days. WTH? So I didnāt get to put anything down on my new phone I didnāt get a trade-in I felt disrespected. I feel John humiliated his employee Katrina let alone me think twice about...
