I’ll start by saying the products and prices at this store are great. The shopping experience is abysmal. Every shopper who enters the store is treated like a thief. Someone literally follows you around the store, hovering over your shoulder while you shop. People would probably spend more time in the store if they didn’t put so much pressure on them. It’s uncomfortable and completely uncalled for. I will not return to this store. The terrible vibes are not worth it. There are other options available to prevent shoplifting that are effective. I don’t know the woman’s name who rang me up tonight, but she was rude to me regarding items I was buying. Trying to make me feel bad for what I was purchasing saying it was cultural appropriation. Then gave herself a 5 star review that the customers are supposed to answer. I can’t figure out why they switched to self checkouts but make an associate do it for you anyways. Every time they give themselves a 5 for excellent service. I’ve worked in retail for over 10 years. You do not make people feel bad for the things they are buying. So...

My family and I have been shopping at this location since it's opening a few years back. Great staff and pretty cool, cheap product that could work only the one time you first used it or almost a year now for other things. Definitely a great choice for all their cheap electronic and gaming accessories you don't want to spend a ton of money on through other avenues.
