We came in on 7/24/25 and had to immediately wait due to the hostess having to call for a manager to ask them if my clearly marked service dog was allowed in. Not a great 1st impression. They did not want us there apprently due to me havingthe service animal. After we were seated out waitress paid more attention to the single gentlemen behind us as if he was a stuffy food reviewer so much that water had to be brought by another person. The table to my left waited over 20 minutes for just the check to arrive; meanwhile the “food critic” got a second glass of wine, a refill on his drink, and then some dessert with a small conversation from our waitress; all before our appetizer finally arrived. When food did arrive it was dropped off and asked if immediately ok. Who would know without trying it? I was not happy with the Mac Daddy & Cheese. The chicken was obviously baked then grilled but not cut completely through making it one big lump like an octopus. The bacon was hard like a rock and the bread was 2 small pieces of a baguette, toasted hard then soaked in butter tasting oil. The cheese was a watered down version of some sort of nacho cheese. This is not a Macaroni and cheese in any way. Other plates were the Philly which was more veggies than meat and the Fried Chicken Fingers with fries. Both meals were bigger than the Mac Daddy. I tried not to take this personally being the physically biggest person at the table with the smallest plate. Two of us got Water and the third got a Soda which was Never Refilled. We got the cheapest food they could make and were treated as under others. I hope other Customers, Disabled Veterans (like myself), and their Family’s are NOT treated as We were and others were treated at this “Restaurant”. We were Discrimined against due to me having a Service Dog, Ignored, and treated to the worst food they could serve. Now Im being advised to contact them online at the website. DOES ANYONE READ THESE?!... i contacted per 54th's reply twice now and have YET to get any response. They do not care. Maybe if I file a lawsuit against them for discriminating against me and my service animal then I will...
Read moreI always go here after work and I've never had any issues. Last night I went in with my fiance and 3 friends. We stated we were ordering apps specifically and then the waitress proceeded to take 1 persons order and told the rest to hold on while she got our drinks.. Therefore, 1 person received their appetizer 15 minutes before the rest of the table received anything. Next I asked to order boneless wings, I simply asked to just order 10. She proceeded to tell me that they only order by the pound, I simply just asked again to have a 10 count and that I didn't care the weight. She then looked at me like I was stupid and said, "What do you mean?" with a nasty tone. So needless to say I skipped the wings. Later on she proceeded to ask another member with a half full glass what he was drinking to fill his cup while 2 other members of my party were sitting there with completely empty glasses and weren't even acknowledged until 7 minutes later we asked for another drink. She then stated that the drink wasn't on the happy hour menu and asked if we were sure we wanted to order another and if we'd like to change our drink choice. Later on once we received our food I asked why my supposedly full size app was so small she then stated that she ordered me a side because she "figured she would save me some money." I have never been treated so low by a waitress in my life. I have had some bad service before but never like this. I have also never NOT tipped a waiter/waitress in my life but last night was my first.. To top it off, she was no where to be found so I went to the bar to get myself another drink and the guys in the party went for a smoke and the remaining member asked her not to clear the table because my fiance had not finished his alcoholic beverage but she proceeded to anyways. So there went a FULL drink. Food was great, drinks were AWESOME, but service was horrible from Holly. BTW I still went and tipped...
