Song Tea and Poke — Restaurant in Saint Louis Park

I visiting this establishment today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff did not follow my instructions while preparing my poke bowl, and I had to repeat myself multiple times. Their responses were often delivered with a snarky attitude, which was quite off-putting.

When I asked to add boba to my tea, they hesitated and initially suggested putting it on the side. I had to specifically request that it be added to the drink, and even then, the staff member I believe a manager seemed annoyed by the request, despite the fact that I had paid for it. Throughout the interaction, I felt rushed and that my concerns were not being taken seriously. I ordered a 100% sugar boba drink. Instead they gave me a glass of milk with a few bobas… they charge me extra for it too. The portion they give you they are frugal.

Overall, the service was subpar, and I would not recommend this location. I suggest looking for other places for your boba and...

One of my favorite tea shops! Their ingredients are probably the freshest I've ever had. I'm always so excited to see the staff, as they remember me everytime I visit! Between the hospitality, and the freshness, I am definitely coming back over and over again! - Also this is one of the only places I am willing to buy a poke bowl at. So, so good!

EDIT: I SPECIFICALLY come here as I love the fact that their spicy salmon and tuna is more like a shredded salmon and tuna versus big tough chunks. Every other poke bowl spot has these large cuts of tuna and salmon which just does not mix well with everything else for me and the texture is straight yuck!! Much more prefer this location because of their spicy salmon and tuna!! You guys rock for people like me with texture...

I love song tea and was excited to try this location for the first time. I ordered a signature milk tea with 100% sugar and brown sugar boba, as well as a volcano bowl. The tea tasted like it had no sugar at all and the boba was hard and flavorless. The poke bowl tasted as usual, however I noticed several jalapeños that were over ripe and brown. This was very disappointing as I have never had an issue at any other song tea location...
