I've probably came here at least like 10 times during the past 2 years and I would say 9 out of the 10 times it was an unpleasant experience. Always had to wait on average approximately 20 minutes just to get the basic $5 pizzas. One time I ordered $30 worth of food there and had to wait easily over 30 minutes. Only 1 of the 4 items were cooked. I decided to get my refund and take my money elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here especially if they don't have much time on their hand because this place has got to be THE SLOWEST Little Caesars in the metro without a doubt. This place should just get closed down and get relocated to a more convenient area with a bigger building. The lobby where customers buy and wait for their food is unbelievably small and often very packed. Even my personal bedroom is bigger and can probably hold twice the capacity. This is by far the worst Little Caesars Pizza ever. They never answer the phone when I tried to make an order. I guess these workers were just there to clock in the hours but never wanted to work or take any order. The manager doesn't care. After 5 tries of phone calls and no pick up, I drove there to make order myself of two box set, and they charged me for $39.00. That's unbelievable. I told them, I an't gonna pay for $39.00 for two box set. It's only $8 something for each box set. In the end, we finally got it right. When that was set and done, I was not given any Crazy Sauce for the Italian Cheese Bread. Everyone just pretty hide in the back. No customer services. Overall was a bad service by these workers. I think Little Caesars franchise is losing money be letting these people running the show. This location should be monitored/watched once in a while by their higher superiors because LOTS OF CUSTOMERS...
