If I had the abilities to provide no stars, this location would be it. Here is what I sent to McDonald's even though I am probably wasting more of my time writing this.
Where to start I have been holding back from sending this in but I reached a breaking point with the store tonight.
Coming to the store at 9 pm with 5 or 6 staff members and only 2 cars in front of me why did I have to get pulled and wait 10 minutes at the window?
After the wait I received cold stale fries and was missing a fry with one of the meals I purchased. Also one of the burgers I asked for no onions but still received onions on the burger. (Removed order information that I provided here)
The L Sweet Iced Tea was only 3/4 of the way filled and had grease all over the cup like someone was drinking it before or fell on the ground
The second burger with ketchup only had the ketchup sliding off into the container. Not a huge deal but still. perception
The employee working the expo windows was more interested in talking with the other staff and she was slurring her words quite a bit and not understanding me and was rude when I asked where the second kids meal was
Regardless I have given many chances to this location but will have to take my business elsewhere. Please train staff to understand customer service is part of the job.
There was a remodel done to this location that is nice but I would have though that with a new environment that the staff and store would be a little more on the helpful side.
I know this is another Fast Food location and it will not be perfect but regardless, there are customer expectations to uphold. There are also going to be mistakes and trust me I know having been in food management for many years but even then it is how one responds to the issues and makes corrections for them not to happen again. In this case they are still occurring after giving many attempts to resolve.
There is no issues with driving an extra 2 miles down the road for better service and food from the other...
Read moreJuly 13th, 2019 at 9:52 pm. I ordered a happy meal for my son because he wanted a toy story figure. Pay for my food. Then when i got up to the window they didnt give me a happy meal. So im asking about the happy meal, the worker tells me its in the bag. I told him theres no toy. He said we aint got no toys. So i was just willing to go without the toy. Then as I checked the food. All they gave me was a 4 piece chicken nugget, i checked my receipt and it said toy story happy meal. So i go inside to get the fries and sides and told them they messed up on my order. As i was waiting in line there was just one more person in front of me who was trying to get his coke because he ordered it but they never gave him a cup. I assumed it was the manager because she had a grey shirt on just told him flat out, "we're closed." She wouldnt even give him a cup. And when i told her about my order all she said was, "how did you get in here? We're closed." And then she gave me a small bag of fries. I asked her if they ran out of toys why didnt they tell me when i was ordering so I wouldnt have to pay for what im not given. She just said, well they should've told you. We closed. I CANT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. Whatever that experience was sure hope ya aint paying no 15$ an hr. That manager had no service skills at all. She was rude and didnt want to solve any problems which came from the staff that night....
Read moreIt's an understatement to say that I'm incredibly disappointed with how I was treated here tonight. I placed a relatively small order while I was out doing Christmas shopping. I had bused there and the dining room just closed so I had to confirm my curbside order (which they're supposed to bring out I thought) and wait outside. They picked up the phone the first time I called to confirm my order and could see me standing outside. After that, they never picked up my several calls again. Why? Your guess is as good as mine.
It wasn't busy in the drive through and I saw people on their phones, so that excuse really isn't an option. I stood outside in the freezing cold for almost 45 minutes waiting. I was literally making eye contact with the workers through the big windows. I watched as every single new order that came after it went out. I even went so far as to wave my arms back and forth to remind them I was there and get their attention. Nothing. They just turned away and went back to what they were doing.
All they had to do was take a few seconds to come and see what I needed. Instead they just played on their phones and did every order but mine. It's nighttime so I didn't feel safe walking through the drive through and I finally gave up. It's safe to say that after all that I will NEVER visit this location again and recommend others do the same unless they want similar...
