Starbucks — Restaurant in Saint Paul

I've had okay experiences here before but today my mom ordered a drink and the fruitmix that goes in the drink spilled on the counter and she used her unwashed fingers to put them back in the drink. We asked for a different drink and she got very mad and demanded to know why we wanted a new drink. She got very upset when we told her and she said the counters are clean. Are they though? It is not a stand-alone store. But as Starbucks inside supermarkets go….. this one has been rather good. Not too busy, not too many mess-ups, no drive-thru.
