Wild Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Saint Paul

I came in it was about 1:30am I ordered an Italian Beef combo, I waited over 20 minutes to get my food once I got home Iwas extremely disappointed with my order it was cold and had very little meat on it and as I made an attempt to call and inform them about the order that I paid 15.00 for the guy who mentioned that his name was (Abraham)was complaining that he could not hear me so,I spoke up and at that point he said if he was going to help me I needed to stop yelling at him,at this point I just asked to speak to a Manager,he informed me very arrogantly that he was the owner and his name was (Abraham).I asked him what he could do to rectify the situation he asked me if I wanted to come back in that night keeping I. Mind that by now it's almost 2:00am, I explained to him that I had had a very long day, and I did not feel like driving back up there,he began to get arrogant with me again ar this point I had had enough and just informed him that I would not be back again ever!!! if this was how they treated their customers which I'm sure by his tone he really didn't care. I'll wish I could give them less than a one star or even a negative star but unfortunately that's not possible. This review is solely based on the customer service I received. I ordered $90 worth of food through door dash. I called the business just to inform them that my food busted out the bottom of the bag. This is because the store packed 3 rice meals in a paper bag. The first person told me to call between 5-7 because a manager wasn't in at the moment. I called back and this person told me to call back after 10....but I think they close at 10 or 11. I explained I was going to file a complaint. Then someone got on the phone I explained to him what happened. He proceeded to cut me off and say talk to door dash (I already did) I say that I did already. My only concern was to express to him that maybe packing the wet food in plastic would have helped. Due to him talking over me I was barely heard. I asked so this happened because the door dasher was reckless, to which he replied Yes. I wasn't looking for replacement food just simply to express as a customer what the experience was like. Sadly disappointed because I do like the food, but I will not...

Food was good catfish wasn't bad but its not real catfish. Its asian catfish or swai fish not the catfish we go to get at grocery store or fish out of local lakes. Its the only reason i give this place two stars. Im getting real tired of going to these local restaurants to get catfish only to get the cheap substitute at real catfish prices. That practice needs to stop. They know that people go to these places looking for American catfish but slide in that fake substitute just because its called catfish they know damn well its not the catfish we looking for and im surprised at how many places here in minnesota are getting away with this practice. I also had the chicken, okra, mushrooms, pizza puff, jack salmon - When i moved to mn from East st Louis, Illinois 30 years ago i asked where can i buy Jack salmon and no one knew what i was talking about this the first time since leaving home I have seen it on menu in Minnesota under that name.
