I came in it was about 1:30am I ordered an Italian Beef combo, I waited over 20 minutes to get my food once I got home Iwas extremely disappointed with my order it was cold and had very little meat on it and as I made an attempt to call and inform them about the order that I paid 15.00 for the guy who mentioned that his name was (Abraham)was complaining that he could not hear me so,I spoke up and at that point he said if he was going to help me I needed to stop yelling at him,at this point I just asked to speak to a Manager,he informed me very arrogantly that he was the owner and his name was (Abraham).I asked him what he could do to rectify the situation he asked me if I wanted to come back in that night keeping I. Mind that by now it's almost 2:00am, I explained to him that I had had a very long day, and I did not feel like driving back up there,he began to get arrogant with me again ar this point I had had enough and just informed him that I would not be back again ever!!! if this was how they treated their customers which I'm sure by his tone he really didn't care. I'll wish I could give them less than a one star or even a negative star but unfortunately that's not possible. I would just like to say fo any potential customers in the future {Donot even waste your time going there},because it's evedent the they could care less about good customer service or presenting a quality product/ presentation for there customer.
